Perfect Location

Fantastic location. Right across the street from Ricky Ts and Walgreens and Publix. Balcony overlooked the water, the pool, and Sloppy Joes. I will stay at this location every year.

Exceeded Expectations

The condo was even better than the pictures suggest! We walked in to a direct view of the gulf. The bathroom is huge and plenty of storage for clothes/suit cases. I was a worried that being just above the pool would be loud but once the slider is closed with blackout curtains - we slept well in that very comfy bed! It was nice to sit on the deck and hear the live music at Sloppy Joes. Would definitely rebook and recommend as a perfect option!

This was perfect for us. Location was ideal. Balcony was awesome and the beach was great. Nice little perk having sloppy Joe’s right there. Yummy breakfast on the water.walking distance to many places

The condo was great, even though it was more like a motel room with some extra amenities. Handicap parking was not sufficient. The room could have used some more lighting, The view of the beach was fantastic. It’s close proximity to restaurants and shopping was worth it,

Great Location

Unit was clean and comfortable. Great location in Treasure Island. Near shopping and great restaurants but still very quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Great view

The sunset on the balcony was beautiful. The bed was a little soft with the mattress pad cover but we didn’t spend much time on it. Location was perfect!!

Great Stay

We’ve stayed at the Bilmar before so we knew the location was great. Close to restaurants and Publix. Bed was amazing we never felt like getting out of it. It was great to have all the comforts of Bilmar without Bilmar prices. We would stay again.

It was nice having an awesome restaurant connected to the building(sloppy joes) free commute to surrounding area especially (johns pass)2 pools with 1 hot tub, games and entertainment

Great getaway

My husband and i enjoyed this simple studio room at the Bilmar. The Bilmar has 2 great pools that we were able to use when we weren't soaking up the sun at the beach. We were nervous about being right by Sloppy Joe's, but the sliding door really does close off most of the noise (which isn't terrible). The foam mattress topper is very, very squishy and conforming. If you prefer a harder mattress, you probably will find it to be an issue.

Great getaway!

This is our second stay at this VBRO. No issues until after this stay. We receiced a payment request for $92 for a cracked toliet seat. Unfortunately the toliet seat became cracked during our stay from normal use. We are normal weight <200, did not misuse or abuse it.

The Bilmar Beach Resort is a land mark resort in the heart of Treasure Island. The renovations and conversion to a condo hotel have given private owners like me the opportunity to have a piece of property in this exceptional setting.

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the resort come to life. I sip my coffee and 'people watch' ..... the walkers, bikers and runners on the mile and a half beach walk way.
