About this property

Holiday house on the Ile d'Oleron

House completely renovated in 2019.
This house will welcome you and your family or friends so that you have a great vacation.

It is a two-story house

First floor composed of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double sinks and bath, 1 shower room with single sink and shower and 1WC.
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed,
The second, of a 140cm bed,
The third, a 140cm bed and a 90cm drawer bed
The fourth, with 2 bunk beds (4 * 90cm) and a 90cm drawer bed.

The ground floor is composed of a living room with 2 sofas, a living room with a large table that can accommodate 12 people, a US kitchen, a pantry, a WC and a 15m² garage.

The house is on a fully enclosed plot of 280m² with an outdoor terrace of 30m² (land and terrace will be redone in April).

The house is located 400m² from the center of St GEORGES (tobacco, convenience store, bakery, hairdresser, restaurant) and 1800 meters from the very beautiful beach of FOULEROT (See photo).

It is also 5 minutes from the great LECLERC of St PIERRE.

Sheets can be rented (€ 10 for large beds and € 5 for small beds).

Cleaning is the responsibility of tenants but possibility of having it done (100 €).

Une grande maison pour un séjour en famille.
Grande maison très bien équipée et adaptée pour le nombre annoncé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le fait que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du jardin et des équipements extérieurs du fait du temps pluvieux.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Les vélos nous ont permis de profiter de belles ballades. La maison est bien située dans une partie tranquille de l'île près de toutes les commodités. Les plages sont magnifiques. Le propriétaire bien qu'absent est très attentif à que tout se passe bien.

Excellent emplacement très calme et bien situé pour visiter l’île. A quelques minutes de Boyarville pour les sorties bateaux. A proximité : petite COOP, pizzas, marché de Cheray etc.. Maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque.

Belle maison bien équipée au calme
Nous avons loué cette maison pour nous retrouver en famille (2 couples, 2 adolescents et un enfant) pendant les vacances de Pâques. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme. La maison dispose de tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin pendant le séjour, elle est très bien équipée. Dormir en dehors de chez soi sans avoir mal au dos a été possible grâce à une literie de bonne qualité. Damien, bien que n'étant pas sur place, a su rester à notre disposition et répondre à nos questionnements en cas de besoin. Nous repartons chacun chez soi, bien reposés, et nous le remercions pour cela. Si nous avons de nouveau l'occasion, nous n'hésiterons pas à repasser par Saint-Georges d'Oléron.

Un rapport qualité/prix excellent !
Maison très fonctionnelle, avec beaucoup de matériel pour la cuisine et tout ce qu'il faut pour un agréable séjour ! Chambre "enfants" un peu juste avec 5 grands ados mais c'est clairement dit par le propriétaire. Celui-ci est d'ailleurs très rapide et précis dans ses réponses, facilement joignables par message ou téléphone.

Maison très fonctionnelle pour un séjour en famille. Nous étions avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Beaucoup de vaisselle. Vélos à disposition. Maison très agréable, à recommander pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Contact très facile avec le propriétaire par téléphone. Il devra simplement faire changer la clé de la porte principale

Maison spacieuse tres bien située dans un lotissement au calme. Saint Georges permet un accès facile aux pistes cyclables et est un tres bon point de depart pour découvrir l’ile d’oleron. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent sèjour.

Belle maison agréable bien située
Nous avons séjourné à 8 au mois de décembre. La maison bénéficie d'une bonne localisation au milieu de l'île d'Oléron et est à 5 min à pied du centre de saint Georges. Elle est au calme et bénéficie d'un jardin et d'une grande terrasse. Cette maison est très pratique avec 4 chambres, un WC et deux salles de bain à l'étage et un WC au RDC. Elle est extrêmement bien équipée pour 8 personnes et au delà. La grande table pour 12 personnes, la cuisine ouverte et les deux canapés permettent d'avoir de bons moments conviviaux à nombreux. Il est facile de se garer devant la maison ou bien au bout de l'allée dans la rue. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile et rapide. La "remise" des clefs est très simple et efficace. Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison!
