This villa is located near the medieval town of Bettona. The house is part of a property that consists of 2 beautiful identical villas (Villa Anna and Villa Giulia), located 50 m away from each other. Both houses have the use of the swimming pool, the tennis court and parking, but they have their own private terrace and a private outdoor space where you can rest, relax and enjoy the idyllic environment. The swimming pool and the tennis court are located in a terraced area below the villas and each villa has its access through a staircase. Inside, of each of the villas, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all well furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. The living room / kitchen is bright airy with a fireplace and has a nice family atmosphere.
