Spacious and independent family villa with its private swimming pool and its fenced and wooded garden leaning against the hill, on the edge of a large forest you can go directly from the back of the house hiking in the national park of the Islands of Medes and Baix Emporda , to make very beautiful mountain biking and walking tours. Beautiful, very clear view of the mountains, the countryside and the sea. Quiet environment, residential area. Located in Torre Gran. L'estartit and its port is a small village on the Costa Brava which has kept its charm, far from the big summer crowds, famous for its diving sites because it is a very famous marine reserve, endowed with natural reserves. Located 45 minutes' drive after the Perthus border. The house is 5 minutes by car from the sea and very large and beautiful wild beaches, where naturism is tolerated and a beach is allowed for dogs (La pletera), very beautiful coves accessible on foot. All the car parks behind the beaches are spacious and completely free. Very beautiful golf course 5 km away (Amporda Golf), and another Gualta golf course. Super market at 500 mt with vending machine, delicatessen butcher and LDL at 1km.
The residence is built on a hillside away from the urban center.

Super schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Marie. Der Garten ist wirklich wunderschön! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut aufgeteilt und gut erhalten aber manche Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen, zum Beispiel die Betten. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Gegend. Vielen Dank Marie.

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Unser Aufenthalt in L‘Estartit war super, die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und nett, das Haus einfach super zum genießen und relaxen! Unsere Familie hat sich dort wohl gefühlt, der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht zu überfüllt. Leider kein W-Lan, und der Empfang dort ist auch sehr schlecht, aber zu verkraften.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 15 super jours en famille dans cette belle maison très confortable et fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié le très beau jardin clos très pratique avec petit enfant et chien, la piscine a été apprécié de tous, nous avons également apprécié les balades dans le parc naturel juste derrière la maison, les belles plages et la proximité des commerces. Merci à Mme et Mr Gouzy pour leurs accueil et leurs conseils sur les services de proximité.

Einfach toll!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit im Haus von Marie. So stellt man sich ein Zuhause im Süden vor. Allein der Garten mit seinen unzähligen Pflanzen und einer beeindruckenden Palme ist ein absolutes Highlight. Er ist komplett geschlossen, was besonders toll ist, wenn man wie wir mit dem Hund verreist. Außerdem war es super ruhig und entspannt. Der Supermarkt ist 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Man ist in 6 Minuten in Estartit und in 8 Minuten in Torroella zum Ausgehen. Das Einzige, was uns davon abhält, hier einmal für 2-3 Monate einzuchecken, ist die Tatsache, dass es kein Wifi gibt und der Mobilfunkempfang auch eher schlecht ist. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist das aber eher förderlich, weil man mal wirklich runterfährt. Wir können Marie als Gastgeberin und ihr wunderschönes Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Schönes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage, perfekt für eien entspannten Urlaub !

Marie ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie versorgte uns schon im Vorfeld mit allen nötigen Informationen. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke noch einmal für den netten Willkommensgruss. Die Beschreibung der Villa entspricht den Tatsachen, sie ist sehr gut und reichlich mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die Aussenanlage ist liebe- und geschmackvoll angelegt und gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder. Bis dahin freundliche Grüsse aus den Schweizer Bergen.

Excellent séjour à L estartit

Tres bon séjour avec un tres bon accueil de la part de Mme Gouzy et son mari, et des gentilles attentions à l arrivee ! La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée et localisee, dans un quartier très calme ! On recommande les yeux fermés !

Enjoyable Stay

Villa was well equipped and outside space was really good, especially the covered terrace with dining table. Pool was small but fine for us. Would have rated the villa as excellent if it had Wifi and linen and towels need to be provided or available to hire. It would help if the property description stated that you have to bring your own linen and towels rather than finding this out just before we travelled. Overall would recommend.

Lovely property in beautiful Costa Brava

Very well equipped and spacious property with beautiful garden, outdoor seating, patio and pool area with stunning 360 degree view from the roof top terrace. In a quiet residential area with easy access to lovely coves and medieval villages within the Costa Brava. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and I would recommend this property

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans la maison de Mme Gouzy et son mari ! Déjà avant notre arrivé, le contact a été agréable et surtout facile. Avec la description, nous avons facilement trouvé la maison. L´accueil a été très chaleureux ! La maison est très propre et très bien entretenue. Dans la maison il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable. La terrasse couverte est très agréable pendant l’été quand il fait chaud. Le jardin est fleuri et très magnifique. La piscine a très bien entretenu nos enfants. Nous avons beaucoup profité de notre séjour ! Merci beaucoup !

Un petit coin de paradis à l'Estartit

Tout d'abord merci à Mme Gouzy et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Votre villa est merveilleuse! Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans votre belle villa: le jardin est super beau et très fleuri, l'énorme palmier devant la terrasse couverte est splendide...tout est très bien entretenu! La piscine est super et il y a tout le confort qui va avec: transats, cousins, parasols,... La terrasse couverte est très agréable et nous y avons fait tous nos pts déjeuner. Les pièces sont très bien et fonctionnelles( salles de bain et douche, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver...la suite parentale dans la tour est magnifique et la terrasse panoramique donne une vue superbe sur les montagnes et la mer! Le domaine est très agréable et le voisinage très discret. Il y a tout à proximité: grandes surfaces, poissonnerie, boulangerie, rôtisserie, restaurants et divertissements pour les enfants( mini golf, petite foire...) La ville de l'Estartit est vraiment tranquille et propre avec plein de petits magasins et restaurants. Il y a plusieurs choses à visiter aussi ( château, ville de Girone, l'Escala, Île de Mèdes pour plongée...). La plage est très agréable aussi. Je recommande cette villa aux familles. Nous étions avec nos 3 garçons de 25, 11 et 5 ans et nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une magnifique villa! Je terminerai en recommandant cette superbe villa! Et sans doute à très bientôt Mme Gouzy. Merci pour tout. Mme Navette.

Das Haus und der Garten wären perfekt. Das Einzige was nicht so optimal war, war der Weg zum Strand.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Für Strandbesuche Auto erforderlich.

détente au soleil

Comme les avis précédents, je vais insister sur la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, avec corbeille de fruits bien garnie et boissons au fais très appréciées après la route. Madame Gouzy m'a envoyé un SMS très détaillé nous permettant de trouver facilement la maison. En ce qui concerne la maison, elle est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos, très fonctionnelle, très propre et très bien équipée. Lave-linge, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux.... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre parentale dans la tour avec sa salle de bain, et le soir, apéro sur la tour avec une très jolie vue ! Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas dehors sur la terrasse car la loggia et le magnifique palmier protège du soleil à tous les moments de la journée, et il y a un petit air qui circule et qui est le bienvenu par fortes chaleurs. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour s'y amuser à quatre ! Et tout est mis à disposition pour passer d'agréables moments sur la propriété, bains de soleil avec matelas très confortables, nombreux bancs et chaises sur les terrasses, parasol... Le jardin très fleuri et très bien entretenu termine cette sensation de petit coin de paradis ! La plage de sable fin est également très propre et très longue, le soir, les rues du centre ville sont animées notamment avec les boutiques ouvertes jusqu'à 22h30. Bref, nous sommes repartis enchantés de nos vacances ! Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires et à leur gentillesse !

Wonderful holiday in L'Estartit

What a lovely time we had. The villa is beautiful just as in the photographs and there is everything you could wish for and more, supplied in the house. The swimming pool is a little smaller than expected from the photos but was a welcome relief from the heat in the afternoons. The surrounding area is great to explore and we found some interesting villages with Roman and medieval remains. The Costa Brava is really a beautiful coastline and although busy, quite unspoilt. All in all a wonderful experience

Bonne surprise

La villa est très bien, un peu éloignée de tout et la voiture est nécessaire à tout déplacement. L'ensemble est propre et les propriétaires ne son pas avare pour l'arrivée ( corbeille de fruit, assez conséquente) vin et eau au frigo + bières et glaçons au congel. Il faut arroser toutes les plantes tout les deux jours, mais c'est un bon passe temps, agréable en ce qui me concerne.Un tout petit bémol, le parking, si voitures en face, beaucoup de manoeuvres. La télé est exclusivement en français et toutes les chaînes sont présentes (satellite). Que dire de plus, c'était parfait, maintenant, le climat; espérons qu'il soit favorable car nous, la deuxième semaine de notre séjour, il ne faisait réellement pas chaud.

Muy bueno

Es una casa muy bonita con todo en buenas condiciones, tanto dentro como fuera. Tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar en la casa y en el jardín. Contentos de que tiene piscina y poderse refrescar en ella. Da el sol alrededor de toda la casa. Los supermecados, la playa y el bosque están muy cerca y no está en un lugar aislado, hay bastantes casas alrededor y el ambiente es tranquilo. Los dueños muy, muy amables y atentos. Volveremos si nos es posible.

un peu déçue

la maison est assez agréable et bien équipée, pièce à vivre un peu petite, la terrasse est malheureusement nord (et avec un préau) et le gros palmier devant empèche le soleil du matin, on se sent un peu "coincé". Les pots ne permettent pas de bien bouger et de mettre un transat par exemple. Le voisinage est assez bruyant (bricolage, tondeuse, soirées ...).

Excellente semaine de vacances en Espagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme et est très agréable. Elle est bien aménagée avec tout le confort possible. La piscine est un peu petite mais bien suffisante pour se rafraichir. Les propriétaire, très sympathiques, nous ont accueillis avec des rafraîchissements et une corbeille pleine de fruits ce qui était très appréciable après une journée de voyage ! :) Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille au soleil.
