The open floor plan flows smoothly from kitchen to dining area to living room and out to the covered patio area. Wireless WiFi, Cable TV, and Seabrook Club amenities with Club Access are included at NO EXTRA CHARGE!
Sit down and relax in the living room with a big screen TV, a comfortable sofa that folds out to sleep two, oversize chair folds out to sleep one, and a beautiful view of the water.
The dining area seats five and has a pass-through counter to the kitchen which makes it easy to prepare and serve food while still enjoying time together.
Step directly out onto the covered patio that has a table and seating for 4 and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean, inlet, and the uninhabited barrier island directly across the way.
After a fun day at the beach or Seabrook pools, riding bikes, or touring all of the great attractions in the Charleston area, sleep comfortably in the master bedroom on the king size bed topped with 3 inch cool gel memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and private connected bathroom with a shower.
The main board walk to the ocean/beach is immediately off of our back patio. This villa is within easy walking distance to the Ocean Front Pool Complex and the access fee for this area has already been paid for by the owners.

We are originally from PA and have been sweethearts since we were 13 years old. We now reside in Upstate SC and enjoy spending time with family and friends and also being outdoors - especially at Pelican Watch!

The Beach Club is just a 5 minute walk from our villa with two Oceanfront Pools and casual outdoor dining, and don't forget to look over the beach to spot the passing shrimp & oyster boats and dolphins! Seabrook Island golf courses rank among the Top 30 "Best You Can Play" in South Carolina! Tennis anyone? The Racquet Club sports 15 Har-Tru clay courts with a new clubhouse and pro shop! And we are NOT just horsing around at the Equestrian Center! Seabrook Island is the only private island community in the Charleston area offering a full service Equestrian Center and Seabrook is one of the only islands in the Lowcountry that permits horseback riding on it's beaches!
