in the heart of a tropical garden modern and quiet apartment a few minutes from the superb diamond beach where you can enjoy swimming or water sports in a charming and colorful little town where you will find shops restaurants bars shops, and its superb beaches ... for your comfort the beds are made on your arrival, and the breakfast of the next day is offered (coffee tea, nesquick fruit juice, butter local jam 'guava, banana', brioche and cereals) as well as a bottle of old rum, cane sugar and lemon for the welcome drink .... welcome to Martinique ....

Découverte de la Martinique

Nous recherchions un logement bien situé pour visiter la Martinique. Nous avons trouvé!!! Tres bien aménagé, spacieux. Le necessaire pour passer 12 jours ( machine à laver, piscine tres appreciable le soir) proche de la place du diamant avec son marché couvert et les petites paillottes pour manger le soir. Tres bien situé pour rejoindre un peu tous les cotés de l'île ( entre 1h30 pour aller au nord, et 45 minutes au sud). Communication super, tres reactive, à l'écoute et très arrangeant pour arrivée et depart. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Very Disappointing experience/Très décevant

Many shortcomings: electrical hazards-plugins not secured to the wall, loose wire unsecured close to the sink, leaking tank in main floor bathroom.No toilet seat in loft bathroom. Property manager promised to get it repaired but never did. No instruction guide book on site containing wifi information, tv, operation of kitchen appliances garbage/recycle disposal. Although the kitchen has been recently updated, the rest of the apartment and the complex need a major facelift. Information should be provided upfront in property description re cleaning fees and security deposit and not provided 3 days before arrival by owner. The premium host (manager) was rude, insulting and aggressive in our dealings with him on day 2 of our stay as he was not present on our arrival. We would not recommend this property and closer scrutiny should be provided by VRBO.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'espace de l'appartement et confortable. La piscine malgré qu'il n'y a pas de chaises est très convenable. Certains propriétaires fournissent des transats. Bien situé. Il n'y a plus de tennis. Le jardin arrière est très beau. L'appartement est au deuxième étage. Nous avons aimé le site en général.

Bel appartement bien équipé dans résidence calme et proche du centre. Accueil avec petit déjeuner et rhum. Le tennis n'est pas pratiquable et le wifi moyen. Grande et belle piscine

Nettes Apartment mit Pool

Apartment hält, was es verspricht - sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pool war super und wurde insbesondere von den Kindern sehr geschätzt. Weg zum Strand/Ort 10-15 min. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Appartement très sympa, grand, parfait pour les familles. Piscine bien propre, manque juste des transats. Résidence non loin des commerces. Il aurait juste fallu préciser dans l’annonce que le ménage était forcément à payer en plus et que contrairement à ce que l’on nous a dit, un lit parapluie était disponible! Séjour très agréable

Excellent séjour

Appartement très propre, bien équipé dans une très belle propriété avec parking piscine et grand jardin pour les enfants. La plage est à 300 mètres. Bruno nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Je recommande cette location.

It's a 2 bedroom + a loft

This condo should not be listed as a 3 bedroom apartment; the loft, which is decorated as a child's room is open to the living area, there is no door. The area could be set up as an office or for young children. Furthermore, the condo is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, not across the street. The following are several other violations/neglect: cobwebs allover the ceilings-Bruno was informed. 3 electrical sockets dangerously out of the wall-living room and loft Dirty carpet in the loft area, the pink carpet had stain and dirty the upstairs bathroom was not properly clean. The place is dated, therefore, it need to be well maintained. I will not return next year. I would have liked to have the same location each year. thank you thank you

APPARTEMENT CONFORTABLE ET BELLE PISCINE

Ancien hôtel, nous avons apprécié le confort et l'espace de de l'appartement, la grande piscine et le calme. Dans l'appartement, une climatisation (dans la mezzanine) ne fonctionnait pas et un volet roulant de chambre était cassé, et le propriétaire ne nous a fourni qu'une parure de drap et serviette de bain pour les deux semaines. Bouteille de vieux Rhum et petit-déjeuner offert. La mer et les commerces se situent à 1 km de la résidence.

Séjour parfait

Un grand merci à Bruno pour son accueil et ses petites attentions. L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos et à la description, très fonctionnel, confortable et joliment décoré. Le séjour a été parfait, en famille, alternant journées de balades et baignades, et soirées tranquilles, au calme de la résidence. Vraiment une adresse à recommander. Bonne continuation à Bruno, et peut être à une prochaine fois !

superbe séjour entre filles dans cet appartement charmant, convivial et très bien situé au diamant. Le cadre de la résidence est très agréable avec un parc magnifique , une piscine spacieuse , entretenue et sécurisée. L'appartement est fonctionnel avec une terrasse spacieuse pour prendre ses déjeuners ,la cuisine bien équipée, les chambres avec literie propre et neuve. Le propriétaire, Bruno, est très accueillant, disponible et nous a indiqué des endroits sympas pour nos sorties(restaurants, bar, fêtes locales, lieux typiques, plages féeriques...) trés bon séjour

Merci à Bruno pour ce super séjour, les bonnes adresses et le rhum!!!! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet appartement propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence calme et agréable.
