This condo is in The Avenue Residences. Its a midrise condo. We are on the 2nd floor. Its a 47.52 square meter fully furnished with 2 bedrooms.

You are required to pay security deposit of P1,000 to my caretaker upon check in and will be refunded upon check out if no damages or violation has been made.

Check in time is 2pm
Check out is 11am
After booking you need to inform me what time will you be checking in as I avoid very late check in.



MY RULES:

-No hanging of towels clothes etc. on the balcony as it is the policy of the admin.
-Also I impose strictly NO SMOKING policy in the unit even in the balcony, anyone who violate the rule will pay a fine of 500 pesos to be deducted in security deposit.
-Keep my unit clean and tidy. Shoes is to be put in the shoe rack.
-Wash all the kitchen utensils used, leaving dirty plates pots and pans i will deduct automatically the fee of PHP200 on your security deposit
-Checking out late without my prior consent after 11am has a strict penalty an additional fee of 300 pesos for every 30mins extension allowed until 1pm only why? because allowing you to do so means they need to rush clean and prepare the unit for the next guest.
-Before leaving kindly gather all your garbage ang put it in the garbage plastic.
