Heima Home Cinema Puerta del Sol is a luxury designed third-floor apartment in a beautiful historic building in the center of Madrid that has been completely refurbished. It’s an apartment full of light and space with more than 250 sq. meters divided in 5 spectacular rooms, 4 bathrooms and a lavatory. Perfect for work groups and large families. The gem of the apartment is the home cinema located in the living room.

Living Room
It’s the main treasure of the apartment. A very spacious living room with a Home Cinema with a HD projector and a 55 inches Smart TV with pay-per-view channels. You can also find a PlayStation 4 - with two remote controls - and a Netflix account so that you can enjoy a wide variety of movies and series. The elegant and comfortable Kibuc couches complete the living room, while the dining room has also a Kibuc table for 8 people extendable up to 10.

Master Bedroom A
This impressive master room has a queen-size bed of 180 x 200 cm. It has a large full body mirror, huge wardrobes, an escritoire and beautiful hotwire lightning. The room has also a beautifully-designed ensuite bathroom, with an amazing shower, natural plants and a safe.

Master Bedroom B
With a beautiful natural light, this second master room has an ensuite bathroom in the small hallway that leads to the room, with a great shower. The room, styled with a retro inspiration, has a queen size beed of 180x200 cm.

Twin Bedroom A
This cute room, with a clean simple design thought for the youngest, has an ensuite full bathroom and twin 90 x 190 cm beds.

Twin Bedroom B
This beautiful and minimalist twin room Includes 2 individual 0.90x1.90m beds which can be used separately or can also be put together to make a big 1.80x2.00m bed, so that they can be used either by two individual sleepers or a couple. It has a private bathroom just outside the door and a built-in closet.

Bunk Beds Room
This bedroom is specially though and decorated for children and teenagers, but having 2 0,9 x1,90m bunk beds it can also be perfectly used by two grown ups. This bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and the main hall.

The Kitchen
The apartment has a big and fully equipped kitchen, with a table for breakfast or a quick meal. From preparing a quick breakfast to enjoying cooking a nice meal with your family or friends, the kitchen has everything you may need; a fridge and a freezer, 3 stove burners, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, an Italian coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a juice maker, a mixer, and of course a big variety of pots and pans and cutlery.

Overall Excellent

Excellent location. Walkable to most sights and close to several metro stations allowing you easy access to the entire city. Space is amazing for larger groups of friends and family. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment, great location

The apartment was HUGE. Our family of nine was very comfortable. The location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance and taxis available if needed. Communication was great! Would stay here again, thank you!

Not enough towels provided, hot water heater / boiler did not work on arrival, a toilet did not work the entire time, and the power went out. The property management company was responsive to the issues, but the issues were plentiful.

Perfect for our needs!

Rocio & Almudena were pleasant and responsive, helping us get settled and get wi-fi going. The apartment was exactly as described and suited our group of 10 very well. Highly recommended.

Great place for 9-10 people

Great location, property manager was great! The size was perfect for a large group. The location enabled is to visit restaurants and palaces at our convenience. Our adult kids felt safe to go and come while exploring many roof top bars! Easy to get transport to and from the airport. This is a washer but no dryer so plan ahead. Very roomy so that you can have together time and your on space when needed. It was great to have all the bathrooms . Would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our family Christmas! new Year vacation great!!

Perfect stay

This flat was incredible. It was absolutely massive and sparkling clean. The location is great; it's right in the middle of a lot of touristy things, but easy to get away from if you want to go to quieter parts of the city. Check-in was great; Rocio even helped me print some tickets for an event after my stay in the flat was over. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect spot in Madrid

First let me start by saying THIS PLACE IS MASSIVE! We had 8 people in our group and space was definitely NOT an issue. Raul was extremely professional from the moment when checked in to the day we checked out. Quick to answer any questions and give us information on what to do. Perfect Location: The apartment is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance and if happen to need a cab, all you have to do is step outside and plenty drive by. Tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping..etc. Elevator building which is extremely clean. Very safe neighborhood of Madrid. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Madrid. Thank you to Raul and the entire team for making the stay great!

Raul is super helpful

There were 9 of us. We had plenty of space. Very central location. Easy to walk to where you want to go. The bedrooms are in the back so it is very quiet. The only negative is the kitchen is far from the dinning room. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and found we could have used a few more kitchen supplies but if plan to mostly eat out that would not be a problem. The house worked well for us and Raul even helped us set up a private tour 😊

Could not ask for a better place

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and was perfect for our family of 7. Excellent location near great restaurants, shops, and sites in Madrid. Heima Homes and their host Mei were very responsive and great at communicating. We would definitely stay at this great place again.

Puerta del Sol is the place to stay while in Madrid

What a location in the heart of Madrid! Oh and the house is better than a Five Star Hotel. Booking was a breeze and the Miguel was just a dream to work with. From the very helpful info sheet with all the great insider places to go and see to when he checked me in and went over the details of the house. He couldn't of been more helpful. My family has used VRBO for 15 plus years and Puerta del Sol is right at the top of the list!! You won't be disappointed! Kevin Brennan

Beautiful home and very well kept

Home is exactly as described. Marta greeted us and showed us the house. She was also kind enough to mark key areas on the map for us to explore. Definitely reccomend staying here.

Great location, great apartment and a great host!

My wife and I rented this apartment for a 5 night Madrid holiday with 6 of our closest friends and two children. The apartment is in a great location, minutes from two metro stops and Gran Via, and a ten minute walk to Plaza Mayor as well. The apartment was perfect for the amount of people we had in our party. There are two rooms with queen beds, each having a bathroom, two rooms with single beds, one room with two single beds and a room with bunkbeds and it's own bathroom. All rooms had air conditioning except one which was not a problem for us in early June. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as a El Corte Ingles for anything you need. Miguel, our host, was very responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was prompt and informative. Overall, a perfect stay in Madrid!

We all admit that we are a bit nervous renting a unknown place - especially if you are the organizer for a bunch of friends and family. So the VRBO reviews came through again and provided the absolutely perfect home for us in Madrid. Miguel is the Host with the Most!! Always available with lightening fast responses. He provided excellent information on walks, places to eat and book reliable transportation to and from the airport. The location - WOW!! Close to the sites, to the metro, to groceries, food and shopping. There is a bar down the street that you may hear noise in the dining room/living room area at night, but you will hear nothing in the bedrooms - mainly because you are sleeping so well in the bedrooms. This apartment is spacious and beautiful. And late evenings, we would return and binge watch shows on the free Netflix. There is a reason this apartment is so popular and always booked - it is fabulous!! Enjoy and thank you Miguel and Rafa!!

A perfect holiday in Madrid

We were two families, with young adults , staying in this apartment for five days. This was absolutely perfect in every aspect- location, space, furniture, decor, facilities , we really couldn't have asked for more. Most importantly- this apartment delivered as promised on the web-site. Whilst this was in the heart of the city, there was never much disturbance from surrounding traffic. We must mention the assistance Miguel extended to us, from the initial stages of our interactions right through our stay. His colleague Rafa who checked us in, was also very helpful . We would certainly recommend this apartment , especially for families.

Lovely apartment

We were a family of 8 visiting Madrid and absolutely could not have asked for a more pleasant flat or location. Miguel was very helpful during the reservation process and was immediately in touch when we had questions during our stay. This is a well kept apartment and is in an ideal location for exploring the center of Madrid. Cannot recommend more highly. We will be back.

Beautiful Apartment-Great Location

This apartment is amazing!!! Miguel met us upon our arrival and spent a lot of time going through details we might need to know about the apartment, as well as ideas of where to eat, what to see, etc. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He also helped us arrange transportation to the airport when we were ready to leave. The apartment itself is very spacious and and although there were 7 people in our family who were staying there, it always felt quite large. The entire apartment as well as kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated and are beautiful, the decor throughout is very modern and tasteful, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is also very nice and everything needed to cook was provided-I didn't personally use it, because it was, after all, a vacation! There was a projector and screen that we initially thought we would never use, however, we found ourselves coming back to the apartment in the late afternoon and watching movies on Netflix together until it was time to go to dinner. It turned out to be one of our favorite things! The other great thing about this apartment is the location. You could walk out the door and walk to all the major sights-the Palace, Prado, etc. There were many restaurants and shops close by which was very convenient. Although there were so many things close to us, it was always very quiet inside. This is an apartment that exceeded our expectations and I would very highly recommend it!!

Great apartment! Great Location! Great Owner!!!!!

This is a very large and spacious apartment! It accommodated 8 guest very comfortably. Each couple had their own bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of space to roam around. The location is in the heart of Madrid, with everything w/in walking distance. This was a must for us since we didn't rent a car. The Palacio de Madrid, is a must see and w/in walking distance from the apartment. Owner Miguel was super friendly and told us about the attractions, restaurants and bars nearby. Rafael was also super friendly and showed us around the apartment, and was also very helpful. The next time we visit Madrid, we will definitely stay at this lovely apartment.
