DELIGHTFUL VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. UP TO 8 PEOPLE.

LAY OUT : This 162 m2 villa is spread over two floors connected by an inside staircase. On the main floor is a nice bedroom with bunk beds with next to it a bathroom with an Italian style shower. The living room is quite large, it has an iron chimney and air conditioning, it communicates with the dining room which has beautiful clears views. There is also a full equipped kitchen on this floor. On the upper floor we can find a wonderful bathroom with bathtub and three lovely bedrooms, all of them with double beds and radiators. Two of these bedrooms have air conditioning.

EXTERIOR : The villa is built on 668m2 plot which is accessed through a gate. There is a car park where you can park a few cars. The surroundings of the villa count with some nice plants and beautiful shrubs. In front of the villa is the large swimming pool (5mx10m), with around it sunbeds for you to enjoy the summer sunny days. Next to this area is the dining area with a barbecue.

LOCATION : The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to the famous fine sandy beach and crystal clear waters of El Portet and a step away from the renowned cove of the Cumbre del Sol. A great place for you to visit the Cabo d’Or and its wonderful area.

OTHER: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE WHOLE VILLA. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Gemischter Eindruck...
Die Fotos täuschen darüber hinweg, dass Los Pasitos ein eher älteres, abgewohntes Haus ist, insofern kann über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis durchaus gestritten werden! Insgesamt entschädigen aber die günstige Lage und insbesondere die großzügige Terrasse mit dem großen Pool (10 x 5 m) für das "Innenleben"! Die Bedeckung der Sofas und der "Teppich (?)" bedürften dringend der Erneuerung - sie weisen darauf hin, dass die Eigentümer ihr Haus eher nicht selbst nutzen! Alles in allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, nachdem die erste Ernüchterung überwunden war!
