The apartment "La Foglietta" is of recent construction and is elegantly furnished: it is located on the ground floor of the building, with a direct entrance from via Romolo Gessi and consists of an entrance hall, a kitchenette and a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for one and a half, from a bathroom with dressing room. Located in a central area of Pesaro, the apartment is a few hundred meters from the beautiful beaches of Baia Flaminia, the Ponente beach and the Levante beach; these beaches are all easily reachable on foot or by bicycle using the cycle paths by means of the bicycles made available to guests. The Rossini Theater, home of the Rossini Opera Festival and the Pedrotti Auditorium can also be reached on foot. The historic center is about 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity you can find restaurants, pizzerias, the super market, the ATM, the pharmacy and many shops. Parking is free and free on one side of Via Romolo Gessi, while it is available with a parking disc on the other side of the Via
