A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE LOCATED AT APIRE NEAR SANTASI A SUBURB OF KUMASI. THIS HOUSE HAS WATER 24/7 AND A STANDBY GENERATOR. IT HAS AIRCONDITIONING IN THE LIVING AND ALL OF THE BEDROOMS. Every space is fitted with a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted in the kitchen.

ACCESS TO ALL ROOMS WHICH ARE NOT LOCKED
A CARETAKER IS ON SITE TO ASSIST WITH ANY ERRANDS BUT NOT TO CLEAN AND WASH CLOTHES OR DISHES. YOU CAN ASK HIM FOR FAVOURS BUT HE IS NOT OBLIGED. LOCAL REP ALFRED WILL SEE TO YOUR WELFARE.
A VERY FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD WITH A POLICE STAION NEARBY.
HAVING A CAR WILL BE GOOD BUT LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT PLY THE AREA AS WELL AS TAXIS.
FUEL FOR THE STANBY GENERATOR IS NOT PROVIDED AND GUEST SHOULD INCUR THAT COST. ELECTRICITY IS BASED ON A CHARGE CARD . A £20 A WEEK WOULD BE ADVISABLE TOWARDS ELECTRICITY. MORE PAID WHEN AC IS CONSTANTLY USED.
