BEACH FRONT SEA VIEW APARTMENT

Apartment on the Pedestrian Promenade over Playa del Ingles Beach, next to the Dunes of Maspalomas in a small and calm residence of only 2 floors, surrounded by gardens with direct access to the Pedestrian Promenade just over the Beach. I can go down to the beach by a nearby elevator to restaurants level, and then a few steps to the sand (5 min walking distance to the sand). Then you can walk along the shore to go to the dunes of Maspalomas and nudist area in 15 min.
Very close walking distance to all amenities, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, discos, buses and taxis. 15 min walking distance to C. C. Jumbo (Gay meeting night spot).
The residential complex is very well maintained (renovated in 2015).

Es war genau das richtige !

Die Wohnung war perfekt, was Lage und Besonnung der Terrasse anbelangt. Die Pool Anlage sehr schön. Alles sehr gepflegt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir waren 6 Wochen da.

Recomendable para los que buscan tranquilidad.

Todo muy limpio, tranquilo y cerca de la playa, sin embargo no entendí que la piscina estuviera cerrada los fines de semana, un pena. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Great location

The location next to the beaches was excellent and the outside area and pool well maintained. The apartment was clean, light and peaceful. The view from the balcony seaward was very nice. The bed was extremely firm and would benefit from a topper. The shower ran out of hot water very quickly and the shower head positioning was broken and difficult to angle correctly. There was no English speaking TV channels which would be a welcome addition.

Semana Santa increible

Hemos pasado 10 dias en este maravilloso apartamento. Destacamos si terraza con vistas al mar y sus desayunos con el sol de la mañana. Luego el apartamento esta ubicado dentro de una urbanización con mucho encanto donde reina la tranquilidad. Tiene una piscina muy bonita y todo rodeado de césped. Agradecer a Lili por su continua atención y contestar a todas nuestras dudas. Sin duda un paraíso para descansar. Volveremos.

Excellent location and fine appartment

A place to be if you want a quiet stay with a beautiful ocean view. Everything described as it is in reality! Not the least everything is on walking distance but far away enough to keep it quiet in and around the block. The service is top..Lili is a good host and Luis is available to solve issues (if you could find them anyway!!)
