About this property

Our little cove in Branson

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath property condo. The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, the other room is furnished with a Queen-sized bed. This condo is comfortable for sleeping 6-8 people. The adjective living room is furnished with TV, sofa (makes into a Queen size bed), chairs and a desk. A queen size air mattresses is available if desired. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric griddle, Keurig, coffee, creamer & sugar. All dishes and utensils are provided. Washing powder, auto dishwasher detergent, soap, toilet paper, Kleenex, air freshener, etc is provided. Blow dryer, iron & ironing board are also provided. Wi-Fi and cable are provided. Carpet has been replaced with vinyl floors.

Situated on a pond, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fishing (rod & reels provided) and watching the ducks and geese. Pond stocked with bass & bream. Because it's a private pond, no license is required. A 32" screen TV in LR & in Master bed room with cable. A nice desk and chair to work with your laptop, wi-fi provided.

There is no pool on location but Moonshine Beach is just two miles away. It is a fantastic public swimming area and the cost is only $5.00 per car. There is no place to park a boat so you will have to rent a storage to store your boat if you bring one. There is one a mile from the condo on Fall Creek Drive.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Silver Dollar City, Sampson at the Sight & Sound Theater, Live musical and comedy entertainment at various shows, putt putt golf, the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Butterfly palace, Shopping at three outlet malls or at Branson Landing. A Marina is on location where you can rent a boat (license required to fish on lake).

Very enjoyable! Some issues; no shampoo for shower in both bathrooms, no bar soap in guest bathroom for shower, no dish soap for hand cleaning utinsels, dvd player in living room needs repairs(does not eject the disk drawer properly), no extra pillow cases for extra pillows in master, blinds to the porch needs replacing.

Clean, well appointed condo

Clean, well appointed, honestly - better than the photos might suggest. We took our 4 teenagers and everyone had plenty of room. Location was greet and easy to find. The owner is excellent in communicating and answering questions.

Excellent Stay

My father and I stayed over a week at this condo and enjoyed every minute of it. From the location, to the rooms, view and everything else it was perfect. Danny went above and beyond answering everyone of my questions! If we come back to Branson that will be the place we stay without a doubt. Thank you Danny for making our trip to Branson even better!

Condo Stay

Was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment we had was the fishing pond was a lot steeper bank than it looked online. The gazebo had no entrance for my elderly mother, so she didn’t get to do any fishing. But all in all we had a great time.

THANK YOU FOR THE CONDO. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME !! WE LOVED THE LOCATION (EVEN THO WE NEVER GOT TO FISH BECAUSE OF THE TERRAIN). LOVED THE KITCHEN CONDIMENTS PROVIDED. LOVED THE GEESE, MALLARDS AND DUCKS (ESPECIALLY THE WOUNDED GOOSE-I HOPE HE RECOVERS). WE LOVED THE SUNROOM AND SPENT TIME ON IT DAILY. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE MASTER BATH WAS SUSPECT. HAIR ON THE FLOOR AND IN THE TUB. WE RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER, NAPKINS AND VARIOUS PAPER GOODS. I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS.

Cute condo close to all activities

Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just outside of Branson. Less than 15 minutes to all activities even with July 4th traffic. Even the "not so inclined to fish" caught 4 fish behind the condo one evening (caught and released as suggested). Would highly suggest for those wanting a quiet retreat.

A little piece of heaven

This condo was perfect for my husband, son, and i. The view of the golf course was wonderful, as we are golfers. My son enjoyed throwing in a line in the lake. The location is perfect to get to all the places we visited. Very relaxed atmosphere. The closed in patio was nice, since there were lots of ducks and geese (neighbors feed them). They are fun to watch, but discourage sitting outside. Hope to visit this place again.

Very comfortable

We were close by all that we needed and wanted. One of our crew was feeling under the weather one day of our stay, but he was very comfortable staying in the home to rest. Then he enjoyed fishing when he felt better until we returned. He was able to join us for the rest of vacation. We appreciate comfort with a family of six.

We currently live in Camden, AR where we were both born and raised. I am a oil well tester and my wife is a receptionist for an eye clinic in El Dorado. We purchased this condo for a place to retire but that will be in 8 more years so we can only come to a few weekend in a year so we decided to rent the property until we reach our destination and retire.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Branson and have stayed in other houses and condos in this area using VRBO.com and have always been satisfied. When we saw this condo we knew it was for us. The pond in the back where I could fish and we could set together in the sun room and watch the ducks and geese brought a peaceful feeling that we have never experienced. This is our home away from home and I believe you too will enjoy this too.
