About this property

NO HURRICANE DAMAGE. WE ARE OPEN.
Very large and spacious free standing townhouse, 1250 sq ft. 2 stories, 2 pools on property, beach across street, perfect for families with all the conveniences of home, lots of room, outstanding value in comparison with condo or motel rentals, close to shopping and amusements. On the popular west end of Panama City Beach. Close to Pier Park with all the shopping you can handle, restaurants, and fishing pier. Non smoking.

Dedicated beach access. All the white sand beach you can handle.

The only problem you will have at our townhouse is LEAVING!

(Strict Age restriction applies: age 25 and above. We rent to couples and families.)

Please note: In the peak months of June and July we only do weekly rentals, from a Saturday to a Saturday. The rest of the year we do a 4 night minimum.

Awesome location and excellent owner

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. Great family location and the owner is extremely friendly and always helps with concerns. 5 star for sure.

Everything was great, the only reason i gave the cleanliness only 3 stars is because the shower heads were very nasty looking. Went and bought a new shower head to replace.

Very Comfortable Beach home

We loved our stay here in PCB! The house was clean and I recommend the owner and establishment. The house was conveniently located 5 Minutes away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pools. We will come again.

Beautiful townhouse by the beach

This lovely townhouse has the perfect location, and the neighborhood is beautiful. You can see the sunrise from the front balcony and the sunset from the back balcony – or take a short walk and watch them on the beach! The host was responsive to our needs, including changing our reservation and being available throughout the check-in process and our entire stay. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this Vrbo and hope to stay here again next time!

Great location. Close to the beach, pools were nice. Close to shopping.

Overall the property was nice. A couple things could be updated. The shower head in the main bedroom should be replaced, the grill also needs some upkeep. We enjoyed our stay there and the property met our expectations. Would stay here again.

Great location and great for family!

My family and I had an amazing time! The property is right across the street from the ocean and it was just a short walk to the ocean. The swimming pool in the evening was amazing! The property had everything my family and I were looking for in this vacation and it was close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Panama city beach

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, just as described and had everything we needed . Wi was just across the street from the beach . The kids enjoyed the pool . Our host was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property .

Cute and simple- perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay- great location on the west end of PCB. Away from the spring break craziness but not empty and dull. Quiet, well kept complex, two small pools but plenty of room. The condo is clean and minimal but very comfortable. Neighbors were lovely. Despite a lot of construction on the streets, we were able to walk to close by places including the grocery store. Priced very very fair.

Location is great and convenient to the beach

Great week with the family. Place has a great home feel while you are there. Only thing that might consider is replacing the back porch decking or putting solid stain on it. Other than that we enjoyed the house greatly.

Very comfortable place to stay, and very close to the beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the town house!! My family and I were comfortable, we were able to cook our own food in the house which saved us money, and we also slept very comfortably! Overall a great experience!! The best of it all was that we were walking distance from the beach. We just wish that it was a bit cleaner when we got there, but other than that, it was amazing!!

Very nice property and location.

I won't go back to this rental

The renting process went well. And, that's where it ended. My wife and I have been going to Panama City Beach for almost 30 years now and have stand at many different condos up and down the beach and this unit was by far the poorest unit we stayed in. The advertising SAS its freshly painted and update with new floors. Well, the walls were very dirty and chipped. The stairwell in particular was disgusting. There were handprints all the way up and down the stairwell. The white railing was more gray then white and it was sticky to the touch. There was a hole in the master bedroom wall and cob webs hanging from the ceilings and in the corners of the bedroom. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold growing on it above the tub around the vent and in the bathtub faucet. The patio out the back door was in very poor shape. With loose boards and nails sticking up and in very poor repair. The hard looks throughout the unit were very dirty. I wore a pair of white socks from the bedroom down the living room to get my she's and the bottom of my socks were black, GROSS! I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Be prepared

Location was as said and check in was good. I feel like the house could of been equipped with a little more products. One kitchen towel, no extra garbage bags, one extra roll of toilet paper, no spices, not even salt and pepper. I understand buying things for your stay, but have stayed other properties with much more but overall was nice place
