About this property

Unique traditional Finca overlooking the sea between Soller and Deia

This traditional Majorcan Finca has one of the best locations of the north-west coast, you can hear the noise of the waves just some meters under the green terraces. Surrounded by private terraces, gardens and the lovely pool area overlooking the sea, there are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 6), two kitchens, 2 bathrooms and living room. The house keeps all the traditional features. It's a charming property with stunning views from all the windows.
There are two terraces with dining table and chairs, and big pool facing the sea with sun loungers. The Finca has also its own little ecological garden, a cave and two little fountains with fishes. No neighbors, no noise from roads, nobody will disturb your stay here except from the birds and waves. For its situation, the house is very sunny, and the sunsets on the sea can be enjoyed from the terraces from late Spring. The property has its own private parking (for 2 cars). Free wifi.
The access to Alconasser and the property is through a mountain road.

The property has its own access to the sea and rocks. Enjoy this little paradise! Don't forget your snorkeling masks!

Beautiful, but treacherous and VERY uncomfortable
The property could not be situated in a more beautiful location, and the swimming cove was wonderful. The grounds are truly magical. However, my trip was ruined by the unbearable heat in the house. I come from a very hot climate, so I'm used to intense heat. This was not a problem during the day, when we could be outside, and cool off in the pool. But sleep was impossible for all. My vacation was ruined by not sleeping more than an hour or two for two weeks. The managers provided a few small, inadequate fans. Very quickly I felt desperate to leave...lack of sleep will do that. I slept under towels soaked in cold water. but even this was no help. For the price, it was really unbelievable that better fans were not provided. This was a summer property. Also, the narrow, steep, one way, broken road required to reach the house was so scary we avoided ever leaving the property. We are highly seasoned drivers. Still, with the greatest caution, trying to get groceries, we damaged our car. I was frightened to drive it with my kids, since other cars would come quickly round the bend and we'd be forced to back up on the steep road. We often walked all the way down from the long road. This rental was a stunningly beautiful nightmare. I would never recommend it, especially not at that price.

traumhafte Fica in traumhafter Lage...
Home by the beach
This property is absolutely charming and the location is excellent. We had a lot of trouble with communication with the property manager which was unfortunate. However, I would still very much recommend this house and would stay again myself.

Soller sea villa
A superb and characterful property situated just above the sea. Amazing situation to listen to the gentle waves, but with plenty of different terraces in which to shelter from the sun. We had a superb restful week. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting to escape and chill, but still with good proximity to restaurants and bars of either Soller or Deia.

Gorgeous house with a lovely " bohemien" character. Great location
A fantastic house easy to fall in love with. Location, atmosphere, sea a few paces away, really great. Lots of spaces to relax with more shade than sun places which was nice in this heat. There is a narrow and steep road down, not dangerous but a small car is advisable... Soller and Deia close by with excellent restaurants, very helpful guide book by the owners. We felt very welcome also by the food & drink welcome package provided by the owners. Due to the acces road it can feel a bit isolated (although there are neighbouring houses) but that suited us fine. All in all we loved the place.

A magical place to stay
We had a wonderful time at the house. It is a little old fashioned but that is part of its charm, it made us really relax and being so close to the sea was just fantastic. The owner was very sweet and left some food for us so we didn't have to go straight to the shops which was a blessing as the drive down isn't for the faint hearted! The feel of the house and love gardens is so relaxed and from another era we absolutely loved it, the kids didn't think about they iPads! We will come again!

A dreamy stay!
An authentic paradise! The house is spacious and with very characteristic decorations making it personal and cosy at the same time. We felt right at home the first minute. The situation of the house is just like in a dream, only steps to a beautiful rocky and pretty secluded beach. You can hear the waves as you sit on the patio, you can hear the waves while you lie in bed... stunning sunsets, enchanting swimming pool... There are great hiking trails leaving from the front door, and great dinning places nearby. The house has all one needs, we were two couples and two children and fit well, and there is nothing quite so satisfying as waking up and drinking your morning coffee in such sublime surroundings. We loved it and would love to return. Roberts Family

Amazing views! Truly magical place!!!
I sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking a piece of mind and real touch of Mallorca. The house is great, spacious, clean and well equipped and after a day we felt at home. The terraces are huge and the sea view is truly amazing. Imagine visiting Spain and staying with your favorite spanish cousin in her lovely home by the sea. That is exactly what our experience was like when my sons, husband, his mother and I rented this villa from Ramon in August. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience of Mallorca. We had originally planned on staying in Valldemossa, but I came across Ramon's listing by mistake - I'm so glad I did. The villa was clean, spacious (even by U.S. standards) and was equipped with everything we could possibly need - toiletries, umbrellas, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, bottled water, basic foodstuffs, etc. The owner Ramon prepared a fantastic welcome pack, including delicatessen foods, fruits, champagne, olive oil, cheeses, bread.... The best welcome we have ever had. While the house was pleasant and well-located, the rental manager Magdalena kindness is what made our experience so special. I'm going to start by saying that we were very needy travelers and Magdalena was there for us every step of the way. For example, my mother-in-law wanted to see the ancient mountain village of Lluch and Magdalena offered to book a taxi for us for two hours through mountain roads to get us there (my husband and the kids went to Palma that day). She even helped my mother-in-law finding an authentic Mallorquin cookbook. She offered us her office in Soller, inviting us to take coffee and she shared her wifi password with us (that allowed my husband and kids to check their email accounts). She recommended great places for us to visit and even helped us buy our train tickets to see Palma from Soller. Every restaurant she recommended had some of the most amazing food I've ever eaten in my life. I would highly recommend learning some basic spanish (or catalan, the local language) if traveling to Mallorca since locals will be very grateful. My spanish was awful, but I was happy to know the phrases I did. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else while visiting this gorgeous island and the five of us can't wait to go back.
