This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, apartment in the centre of Florence has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Florence.

The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

It's located on the second floor of a historic building, with lift which is very rare in Florence, and comprises:
- a cozy living room ( with 1 double sofa bed more suitable for 2 children) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space
- 2 spacious bedrooms with storage space and double size beds
- 1 family bathroom with a large shower.

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, 3 autonomous and independent TVs and a Fiber Option WiFi connection.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ecc.

The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stilysh it's ideal for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence, and despite its modest size, it feels spacious since it is furnished in a smart and practical manner.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
