About this property

New for 2019! private heated swimming pool 9mx4m, secured by electric shutters.
Completely renovated house, on 1 ha of land. On the ground floor, large fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plancha, toaster, senséo, coffee maker, fryer ...), open onto a large dining room, contemporary decor, slate floor ,pinball. Independent guest toilet.
The 2 rooms have direct access to the terrace which is equipped with a garden furniture and a large table for 10 place settings. Barbecue on covered terrace. Petanque.
On a higher level the living room with a magnificent view on the woods and the meadows, is equipped with a large flat screen. Wi-fi included in the rental price.
As an extension, the master suite, sleeping 180 X200, has its own bathroom with Italian shower, double sinks and separate toilet. Large independent dressing room.
Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms share a bathroom, 1 sink, with toilet.
The first is equipped with a BZ 140X200 bench, the second with 2 90X190 beds.
Linens provided (sheets, towels, pool towels)
Garage and laundry room (washing machine and dryer) in the basement.
The large outdoor space is made up of meadows and wood on the edge.
The house is equipped with a heated floor and can be rented in any season.

Our rental is located in a small hamlet, with nearby neighbors and 5 minutes by car from a village with all amenities (contact hub, bakery, doctor, pharmacy, press ...) , 5 minutes by car from the honey pond, classified blue flag.
Brive la gaillarde and Tulle are located about 30 minutes from the rental.
The region is full of very varied tourist sites such as the caves of Lascaux, Rocamadour, Sarlat or Beaulieu sur dordogne or Collonges la rouge ....
Many sports activities are possible, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, 18-hole golf course (Aubazines, located 20 minutes) Tree-climbing ...
The region is also renowned for its gastronomy.
The market town of Beynat organizes farmers' markets in the country every Tuesday evening in summer with the possibility of eating there. Another essential market, that of Brive la Gaillarde, famous for its fatty fairs!

A little gem

This was our second stay at this house and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! Alain, who welcomed us on arrival, lives in the hamlet and was really warm and helpful. We explored some new places this time around which were wonderful (Argentat, which has a brilliant market and a lovely creperie with view of the river called Bistro des Quais - be sure to book though - and Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, both of which are 20mins away). We couldn't have asked for more!

Lovely house, lovely swimming pool, beautiful environment

The house and the swimming pool were great and the region is really beautiful, very green, very pure. We had a very nice week. The weather was fine. We were really very relaxed. Maybe one thing : the distance to the village Beynat was about 4 - 5 km on a very curved road. However, the village itself was very cosy, offered everything we needed and the people were friendly.

Un vrai havre de paix !

Très belle maison dans un magnifique écrin de verdure. Un vrai relais du silence ! La maison est fort bien équipée et reste fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La maison est située dans une région qui regorge de nombreux "plus beaux villages de France" et de magnifiques sites naturels. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison pour les amoureux de la nature et du patrimoine. Les propriétaires restent disponibles même au cours du séjour, sans oublier Monsieur Alain (charmant voisin) toujours disponible pour rendre service en cas de besoin. Nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances.

Un petit paradis

Superbe maison, facile à vivre au calme. La vue depuis la piscine chauffée c’est juste top! Le flipper a eu ses adeptes et a fait rajeunir les plus âgés Les lits parfaits pour des nuits reposantes sans un bruit et au frais. Bref juste le paradis. Great house

We had a great holiday staying at the house that was spacious, great views and a well equipped home with all mod cons. The heated pool was great and being close to the house and veranda allowed us to supervise our kids with ease. The kitchen and veranda area were great and well equipped with plancha’s inside and out to make cooking meals easy and adapt to the weather. The local town is close enough to get any necessities with the home secluded enough to allow for peaceful holiday if you so wish. Would love to return in the future.

Just wonderful!

Property and location were fantastic for our family. House interior was modern and had all facilities one could wish for. Swimming pool had a hard cover wish made it safe for the youngest when not used. Surroundings were very spacious with great views! We booked again for next year which says it all.

14 loveky days in this unique house

We were on holiday with our 2 adult children and a friend. The house is located in a scenic area with a fantastic view. The house is very spacious and well equipped for a large family. The kitchen- and indoorfacilities are perfekt, as well are the outdoorfacilities. We spent a lot of time on the cool terrace and by the swimming pool. Thanks to Gilles and Sandrine for renting out this amazing place.

Location à tester absolument

Maison hyper grande, plus que bien équipée, dans un petit village très calme, avec une vue surplombant la vallée, sans vis-à-vis. La personne de contact sur place est disponible et les échanges, par mail, avec les propriétaires se sont parfaitement bien déroulés. La piscine est chauffée donc c'est agréable. Nous recommandons ++++

Great House

The house is great. Exactly as in the pictures. We got help from Alain. He lives across the road. He is very nice. The pool is heated. Only point for improvement are the sofa. These are a bit hard and uncomfortable. But the rest is really great. There is good wifi and a large television with chromecast. So all in all, very satisfied.

une jolie maison avec une très belle vue avec une grande terrasse couverte.

Une maison agréable à vivre avec une très grande pièce à vivre, une très belle chambre avec superbe vue avec dressing et salle d'eau privative et 2 petites chambres à l'étage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la très grande terrasse couverte où nous avons pris tous nos repas, avec une vue superbe dominante et coucher de soleil. Nous avons également apprécié la région avec de nombreuses choses à visiter. Propriété vraiment privative avec aucun vis à vis direct.

Our best holiday yet!

We’ve rented multiple houses in this region over the years and this house by far and away the best. The photos really don’t do it justice. The view is wonderful which you can sit and admire from the pool. The fact that the the terrace is right next to the pool is great as we could keep an eye on the children from the house or terrace. The interior of the house has been so well designed and marries a rustic farmhouse style with modern really well. It’s also really peaceful and feels secluded (the owners don’t live on site like many other properties so you’re ensured privacy) but the chap Alain who looks after the house is just down the road and arrived in minutes when we couldn’t figure out the bbq! We loved the fact that Beynat village is just a 5 min drive (you could cycle it but we’re too lazy) and has 3 bars/restaurants. We ate out several times at Cœur D’Etable (great menu and lovely staff - be sure to book though). There is also a lake/campsite 5 mins away where you can do canoeing and kayaking etc which the kids loved (although booking it was a bit tricky so you’re best off just turning up). All in all we had one of our best holidays to date - so much so we extended our stay and will be coming back!

grande maison très agréable, au calme. nombreux équipements de qualité. Située en hauteur, toujours un peu d'air ce qui nous a permis de supporter la chaleur sans problème. grande piscine très appréciée lors des fortes chaleurs de cet été! sécurisée par un volet roulant. Voisin aux petits soins à l'arrivée et disponible pour toute question. Nous étions une famille avec 3 enfants de 10, 8 et 4 ans qui ont adoré leur séjour.

Gite de rêve dans une des plus belles régions de France

Si comme nous vous êtes sous le charme de la région Corrèze/Lot alors c'est ici qu'il faut poser vos valises. Très gentil accueil. Gîte magnifique, très grand, très propre, bien appareillé, arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Piscine toute neuve, idéal pour se rafraichir après une grande ballade. Au calme, très grand terrain. A maximum 1H - 1H30 de toutes les merveilles de la région (Cahors, Figeac, Brive, Collonges, ....). Merci aux Reynal de mettre à disposition cette maison qu'ils ont arrangé avec beaucoup de goût.

Great Place tot stay!

We had a wonderfull time staying here. The house is very comfortabel. The surroundings are beautiful and there are very nice trips and sightseeing options nearby. It's wonderfull tot sit in the garden or on the terrace and enjoy the view. Although it was a very hot summer, a nice breeze made it still very comfortabel and of course the easy to set up pool was perfect for this kind of weather. Thanks to the BBQ (and nearby supermarket) we enjoyed very nice meals by sunset. We highly recommend this place to stay!

Een huis met stijl

Wij verbleven hier tien dagen in augustus 2016. Deze vakantiewoning is een volledig gestyled huis voorzien van alle luxe. Het is eerder een prachtig huis te noemen dan een vakantiewoning! De overkapping rondom maakt het mogelijk om buiten onder de veranda te leven, waar niet alleen een tuinset staat om aan te eten maar ook een loungehoek om nog lang in te chillen. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig (nog net de "onbekende" Correze) maar bekende uitstapjes in de Dordogne (bijv. Rocamadour) liggen binnen bereik, alsook in de Correze zelf (bijv. Collognes la rouge). Een aanrader!

Belle maison en pleine nature

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée et nous avons très bien été accueillis. La maison est spacieuse, très propre et très bien décorée et chauffée ! A proximité immédiate nous avons trouvé des sentiers de ballades et sommes arrivés par hasard jusqu'à un lac (le lac de Miel) vide car la digue était en cours de rénovation mais l'endroit est très joli. Dans le bourg de Beynat nous avons trouvé sur place une boulangerie, un marché, un supermarché et nous étions à 30 mn de Brive (Marché, centre aquatique tout neuf, joli centre ville et trés bon chocolatier !) Le seul bémol ce sont les chiens du voisin situés de l'autre côté de la route (loin de la maison) qui courraient et nous aboyaient dessus à chaque fois que nous passions à pied mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Trés bon rapport qualité/prix.

Confort et calme

Cette maison est spacieuse, confortable, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous réservé un accueil chaleureux. C'est une location idéale pour se reposer mais également pour visiter les sites touristiques aux alentours, Collonges la Rouge, Aubazine, Beaulieu ... Peut-être pourrait-on regretter une piscine pour se rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes.

Superbe maison

Nous avons été gentiment accueillis par la cousine des propriétaires. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette superbe maison restaurée avec beaucoup de goût, l'alliance du moderne et de l'ancien en fait son charme et les photos en sont bien le reflet. Tout y est même une plancha dans la cheminée de la cuisine qui marche à merveille. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette belle location, nous y étions bien. En plus, la Corrèze est une belle région avec beaucoup de villages médiévaux.
