Schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Sicherlich sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche ist gerade was Besteck angeht etwas dürftig, aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich weitere Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern vorschlagen da es dich sehr heiß ist na. Ansonsten alles gut, wir würden nochmal wieder kommen.

Nicht ganz so beschreiben,aber trotzdem schön

Schönes aber in die Jahre gekommenes Reihenmittelhaus am Kanal. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr weit ca 2km kann aber in ca 30-45min Fußläufig erreicht werden.(für kinder trotzdem sehr weit) Das Haus selber entspricht nicht mehr von der Einrichtung den Fotos. Küche bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ok(nicht alles für 6 Personen da, Teelöffel mussten wir nachkaufen,nur 1 große Kaffeetasse 2 Stück gekauft und keine Kaffeemaschine) Im Badezimmer ist das Duschregal nur noch an einer Schraube befestigt und hängt schief. Die Handtuchhalter sind auch nicht mehr richtig befestigt. Es befndet sich nur im großen Schlafraum und im Wohnraum eine Klimaanlage so das die anderen 2 Schlafräume nicht klimatisiert sind. Die Terasse ist sehr klein und sehr voll mit Möbelstücken gestellt, so das man nur 2-3 Liegen aufstellen konnte. Fazit: nicht wie erwartet ,aber trotzdem ganz ok

Maison agréable sur le canal

Maison spacieuse et agréable avec de la proximité. Emplacement très bien avec vu sur les canaux . Par contre manque d équipements dans la cuisine (verres , saladier, casseroles) étendoir et une clim en plus ds une chambre serait bienvenue . La piscine est petite , mais la maison reste agréable a vivre

Le cadre est superbe malheureusement les aménagements laisse plus qu’à désirer ! Manque de confort manque d’ustensiles de cuisine un seul transat pour 3 chambres s le minimum du minimum pas de spécifications sur les draps cordialement jp

Wir sind am 9.07.22 als kleine Familie eingereiht.Erste Enttäuschung Schlüsse von anderen Wohnung.Klima zwei Tage nicht funktioniert! Filter oder Motor ,habe wenig Ahnung auch nicht!Montag müssten wir wieder in unsere Wohnung einziehen!Natürlich musste erst mal alle Klamotten und Speisen aus den Kühlschrank rüber bringen und ganzen Haus putzen!In unserem Hause Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert!Alte kapute sofa.Internet gibts nicht,obwohl in anzeige stand auf anfrage!Tv keine deutsche sendung.Uns wurde gesagt Satellit Schüssel kaput.Sind sehr enttäuscht. Für den Preis haben schon was viel besseres gehabt.Deschalb nur einStern!Schade eigentlich!!!

Vacances à Empuriabrava

Maison de charme avec une petite piscine très agréable. Quelques problèmes comme la machine à laver qui taché nos vêtements blancs, la lumière de la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas et un transat qui était cassé. Sinon notre séjour c’est très bien déroulé. L’hôte qui nous a accueilli était très réactive et sympathique.

Bon séjour malgré un gros bobo

Beaucoup de vis-à-vis, Piscine ampoule cassé mon enfant de 4ans c'est ouverte le pied des le premiers jours. Maison bien située vue très agréable.

Beau séjour

Appartement situé dans un endroit calme.proche des commerces. Bon qualité prix pour un mois de décembre. Assez bien équipé et spacieux pour 5 personnes. On a apprécié la terrasse donnant directement sur le canal. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y retournerons sûrement.

Peut mieux faire

Très bel emplacement au bord du canal, des commerces à proximité. A 25 mn à pied de la plage Il n'y a qu'1 salle de bains et non 2 comme dans l'annonce ; 1 à l'étage et au RDC c'est un wc avec un petit lavabo pas de wifi, de nos jours c'est nécessaire pas de table de jardin pour manger dehors, dommage 1 seule chambre climatisée à l'étage sur les 3, donc difficile de dormir avec la chaleur la piscine est très bien et agréable , belle terrasse, mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transat,(au moins 2) la personne qui nous reçoit, Isabelle, est très agréable, à notre écoute malgré la barrière de la langue attention : le ménage de fin de séjour n'est pas compris dans le prix
