Beautiful property only 5 miles from the Peoria Sports Complex and 9 miles from the State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl LVII). This tastefully remodeled home will make you feel like you’re at your own private resort the moment you walk through the front door with the sight-line through to the gorgeous back yard. Watch the game of the day on the 75” big screen in the living room. Fix up a snack or a complete gourmet dinner at the massive island that seats six. Step through the 13’ sliders to the travertine patio and Pebble Tec pool area. Watch the game on the patio big screen (50”) while enjoying the AZ sunshine in the heated pool or just enjoy your favorite adult beverage while lounging by the cascading waterfall. It's all very private with no two story homes looking into the back yard. Take a short Uber ride to the Peoria Sports Complex and catch your favorite Cactus League team or venture out a little further to any of the other 9 ball parks in the valley of the sun. The Tangers Outlet Mall at Westgate is only 15 minutes away. The State Farm Stadium (where the AZ Cardinals play) and the Gila River Arena is also located at the Westgate Entertainment District and is packed with great restaurants and shopping. If golf is your thing, you may be interested to know there are 18 golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the house. Shopping, restaurants, baseball, football, golf, sunshine and pool….
When you’re ready to turn in, flip on the 40” flat screen in any of three bedrooms to catch the late show. Relax in the luxury of one of the comfy beds. Drift off to sleep and recharge for another beautiful Arizona day….

The locations is exceptional with easy access to all the best that valley of the sun has to offer (Golf, Baseball, Football, Hockey, Hiking, Tennis, Beautiful Weather and lots of Sunshine).
What makes this property unique
The home has all of the best equipment from GE Profile appliances and five flat screen tv's (the largest has a 75" screen). The heated pool and resort setting makes the back yard so inviting.
