Charming and bright penthouse with fabulous terrace and solarium in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood just 10 minutes walk from the center of Valencia. Located 5 minutes from the Garden of the old Turia riverbed and 5 minutes from the Angel Guimerá metro station, the main connection station with a direct line to the airport, port, beaches and connection to the center and Alameda lines. The apartment is in a beautiful restored building on a fifth floor with elevator.
The apartment has 40 square meters very well distributed and a great private terrace of 30 square meters to enjoy the fabulous climate of Valencia. It has high ceilings and wooden beams that make it very cozy. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
The neighborhood is very quiet to rest and at the same time has all kinds of services such as Supermarkets (Mercadona, Consum y Día), emergency health center, cafeterias and restaurants, urban Spa, gym, sports center and 50m indoor pool. In the neighborhood parking is free and you also have 50m public parking with rates from 3.95 € to 7.50 € per day.
The location is great, in a nice 10 min walk. You arrive at Ciutat Vella and the Central Market. In 5 min. you are in the garden of the old channel of the Turia, a beautiful park for walking or cycling that crosses the city with 10 km from the Bioparc with its lake to the Oceanografic and the City of Sciences. You also arrive at the Town Hall Square in 15 min.

Beautiful city centre rooftop haven

What a gem of an apartment. Very thoughtfully presented by the extremely friendly and welcoming owners, lots of lovely touches including welcome bottle of wine! Such a lovely space to stay in for a few days in the centre in a wonderful city.

Wonderful apartment, great location!

Our stay here has been the best in a long while. Our hosts were extremely gracious and super informative. The studio apartment was spacious and very well partitioned, the patio was amazing. This was truly a retreat! The location was walking distance to most areas of interest. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Valencia area!

Ein wahrer Traum

Der Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Wohnung haben wir von der 1 Sekunde an genossen. Die Kommunikation, der herzliche Empfang, einfach Alles hat zu 100 % gestimmt. Wir haben uns sofort in die Wohnung verliebt und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen und die Stadt kennenzulernen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn es uns wieder in diese schöne Stadt zieht. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Städtereise Valencia

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber Antonio hat uns sehr nett empfangen und hat uns viele nützliche Informationen rund um Valencia gegeben. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles ( Supermarkt, Essen gehen, historische Altstadt, usw.) fußläufig erreichbar. Nicht zu vergessen die schöne Dachterasse.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Wohnung in La Petxina, einem ruhigen und sicheren Wohnviertel am Rande des Zentrums. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe, und auch das historische Zentrum, die nächste Metro (wo eine Linie sogar direkt zum Flughafen fährt) und der Turia-Park sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung ist äußerst gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man braucht, auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Das Highlight ist natürlich die traumhafte Terrasse, auf der sich prima das tolle Wetter genießen lässt! Der Checkin und die Kommunikation mit Emi waren perfekt, sie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte viele wertvolle Tips parat!. Fazit: Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! :-)

Great stay in Valencia

The apartment was just as it looked in the pictures, bright, airy and dpacious. The terrace was a fabulous space to eat and relax. On arrival Antonio met us at the door to show us round. He gave us lots of information about the apartment, restaurants, the local area and transport. Emi kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment as our flight was only in the evening. We will definitely recommending this beautiful apartment to our family and friends. Thank you for a great stay Emi and Antonio

Super fijn appartement

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit sfeervolle 1-kamer appartement op de bovenste verdieping (met lift). Heel goed bed, douche en een fantastisch dakterras. De verhuurders reageren snel. Echt een aanrader.

Prima Valencia

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie. Alles op loopafstand, bijv. 10 minuten naar de Centrale markthal, metro op 5 minuten. Het appartement is op de vijfde verdieping maar heeft een lift. Heel compleet ingericht, het ontbrak ons aan niets. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar die nog het e.e.a heeft uitgelegd. We zijn meer dan tevreden en vinden het een absolute aanrader.

Excellente semaine à valence !

Nous avons passé avec mon compagnon une superbe semaine dans cet appartement à valence. Situé à 5 min du métro ( 20 min pour aller à la plage avec celui si, attention cependant à bien regarder les horaires de métro pas si fréquents ) et à 15min du centre ville à pied. Nous étions parfaitement situé, la location de vélo mis en place par la ville permet de visiter la ville de manière très plaisante ( station de vélo dans la rue de l’appartement) et situé à 10min du grand jardin en longueur de valence parfait pour aller a l’acquarium ( 30min à vélo) ou au Bioparc ( 15min à vélo) . L’appartement est complet et totalement équipé, commerces à proximité. L’annonce étant complète nous n’avons eu aucunes mauvaises surprises. Les propriétaires charmants nous ont donné plusieurs conseils et adresse pendant notre séjour et constamment en lien avec nous si nous avions des questions . Je recommande grandement !

Early Spring in Valencia

The property, on the 6th Floor with lift, was very comfortable, private and very quiet. A studio penthouse apartment with terrace was very well furnished to a very high standard. The surrounding streets were well served with cafes and restaurants for all tastes with Alcantra Bistro, Casa Nuria and Umami being the stand out for quality and price. Our property manager was incredibly helpful with all sorts of help and support information on entertainment, restaurants, shopping areas, music, places to visit. We were also extremely grateful for the property manager's efforts in arranging a lock up garage for our cycle trailer for the duration of our stay, they couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that we had the best opportunity to enjoy this thoroughly enjoyable holiday in the beautiful city of Valencia. We recommend the property very highly.

Fantastic place in Valencia

We have just spent 3 amazing nights in Valencia. Our apartment was in a great location and our host was so gracious and helpful. She was outside waiting for us when we arrived by taxi. Full of helpful hints for dining, sight seeing and provided plenty of links to locate the places suggested. The apartment had everything you need for a short or long stay and well stocked with essentials. The highlight for us was a gorgeous outside balcony almost as big as the apartment. Being on the top floor there was lovely local views and extremely quiet at night. Highly recommend as stay here. Our host even assisted with a taxi booking at the end of our stay

Super host

Spacious and comfortable rooftop apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to the old city (10 mins walk), 5 mins from supermarket, and a bakery and small local shop 2 minutes away. Emi was so friendly and helpful, a lovely person. The apartment has all the basics you need like tea and coffee salt pepper olive oil etc. A great place to stay in Valencia.

génial je recommande à 100%

la propriétaire Emi est une personne dynamique , souriante et très gentille. Elle donne de très bons conseils de restaurants, bar à tapas ; endroit à visiter qui facilitent le séjour et il y a un plan annoté de la ville à l'arrivée. La reception des clés est facile Emi nous à contacter via whatsapp et nous attendait à l'arrivée. on peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue ou au parking à côté pour 4 euros la journée. Il y a des bars et restos , commerces tout près.Le quartier historiqueest à 10 mn à pied et les bus qui mènent à la plage et à la cité des sciences sont au coin de la rue. Il faut cependant prévoir plus de temps que se qui est noté sur le plan ( 40/45 mn avec l'attente du bus)L'appartement est conforme aux photos voire mieux.Il est décoré avec goût et dispose de tout le confort . Emi met à disposition café;produits ménagers,eau;lessive;papier toilette,serviette de plage,parasol...le matelas permet de très bien dormir et le quartier est très calme. La terrasse est l'élement fort de cet appartement ...elle est juste incroyable et très appréciée pour les repas , le petit déjeuner...cet appartement est incroyable une de mes meilleures locations coup de coeur assuré! Appartamento bellissimo fedele alle foto e alla descrizione

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e ci è piaciuto moltissimo. È proprio come appare nelle foto: un attico perfetto per due persone con una terrazza super spaziosa. È moderno, molto pulito, vicino al centro e completamente fornito, con tanto di macchinetta del caffè e teli per il mare! La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato diverse informazioni su dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla cura dei dettagli; al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino, dei plumcake per la colazione e delle bottiglie d'acqua nel frigorifero. Sul tavolo c'erano diverse cartine della città e un foglio con scritti i mezzi da usare per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse. Abbiamo seguito il consiglio di noleggiare delle biciclette per goderci al meglio la città e siamo andati al mare pedalando per i giardini del Turia. È stato molto piacevole e per niente stancante. Siamo molto felici di aver scelto questo appartamento e lo consigliamo vivamente.
