This modern family home offers an abundance of space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests over 3 floors. Its central location allows you to explore the city effortlessly.
-4 spacious double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, plus 1 comfortable sofa bed for any extra guests.
-2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 large family bathroom and 1 ground floor toilet with toiletries and towels provided.
-An open plan living room that offers a TV with free Netflix, USB ports and fast complimentary WiFI.
-A well equipped modern kitchen that provides every necessity for cooking, a spacious fridge/freezer, double oven and a dishwasher to never have to hand wash dishes during your relaxing stay.
-A beautiful private garden for those sunny days.
-A secure garage attached to the house available for parking with complete peace of mind.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house, garden and garage all that I ask is that you treat it with care as if it were your own.
Other things to note
-The whole house is available to you, all that is required is that you treat it with care as if it were your own.
-For anything you need, my expert property management team will always be available via Airbnb, email or phone.
-Check-in time is available after 4pm, while the check out time is before 10am.
-Any lost keys will lead to a charge of £100, so please be careful with them.

Located in a residential area, this luxury home allows you to easily reach Cambridge Train Station, Cambridge Judge Business School and the vibrant Mill Road with its many shops and restaurants only a short drive away.
Everything is a short car journey or reachable by foot, making it perfect to visit every corner of the city. There is also access to the local buses opposite the train station which is only a 6 minute walk from the house that also takes you to the centre of town. We have a garage on-site that will accommodate one car however there are reasonably priced additional parking options within a short walking distance to the house.
Families can also enjoy the nearby playgrounds and parks, which offer plenty of entertainment for even the youngest of visitors.
