Nice apartment with great location

We had a holiday with two children and three adults. Everything worked very well. If there occurred a problem (for example the toilet lamp went broken), the host was very helpful and fixed it immediately. He answered very fast to all our other questions as well. The apartment is just like in the pictures and everything worked well. Air-conditioning was a big advantage. The location is great. The beach is just a few steps from the apartment, nearest market (Lidl) is 5 minutes walk away and there are great restaurants near (our favourites were Le Onde, Quelli Della Pasta and La Perla). You can walk to the centre of the town by 15-20 minutes and there are also a bus stop very near from where you can take a bus to the centre. There are also bicycles (and a pump) in the garage which we also used.

geräumige strand- und zentrumsnahe FeWo mit gewissen Mängeln

Es ist im Prinzip alles in der Wohnung vorhanden an Kochutensilien etc. Mobiliar hat bessere Zeiten gesehen insbesondere die Sitzgelegenheiten. Wanddekoration zum Teil originell, z.T. ins Bizzarre gehend. Im Bad neue Waschmaschine aber Duschkopf komplett verkalkt, Dusche eng ohne Ablage für Seife. Großes Schlafzimmer ist o.k.,Kinderzimmer mit Gartenmöbeln vollgestellt. Garten ist Übertreibung, es gibt einen Balkon und darunter einen gepflasterten Vorgarten mit Gebüschumrandung. Die 7 Räder in der Garage bei unserer Ankunft leider alle mit platten Reifen, keine passende Luftpumpe vorhanden. Heizung muss vor jeder Benutzung neu aktiviert werden, funktioniert dann aber schnell. Die nicht unkomplizierte Einweisung in die Handhabung von Schlüsseln, Heizung etc. erfolgte durch Vertrauensperson des Vermieters, die weiter weg wohnt ,er selbst war verhindert. Nicht gerade ein Traum für Perfektionisten oder für Leute mit empfindlichem Schlaf, da das (sehr gute) Lokal direkt gegenüber für erheblichen Geräuschkulisse auch nach Mitternacht sorgt, durch hupende oder laut schreiende Zeitgenossen. Auch über der Wohnung Nachbarn, die sich erst nach Mitternacht bemerkbar machen. Das Meeresrauschen in Hörweite entschädigt aber für einige Unannehmlichkeiten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sperlonga, Gaeta, San Felice Circeo.

manque de propreté

miettes d'un dernier repas sur la table, vaisselle à relaver, lits non faits draps trop petits et déchirés, pas de couverture, matelas très tache, salle de bain à nettoyer avant utilisation, linge personnel sale dans les tiroirs, garage difficile d’accès rempli de vélos laissant peu de place à la voiture, pas de fer ni de planche à repasser surtout seulement des contacts téléphoniques difficiles avec le propriétaire. Mais une amie charmante nous a accueillies et dépannées pour le fer les couvertures .... donc après un bon nettoyage fait par nos soins un séjour acceptable car la maison est bien située prés de la mer.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte

Hübsche, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die sich gut für Familien eignet. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte und auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, zwar sprach die stellvertretende Gastgeberin nur Italienisch, die Verständigung war aber gut möglich. Ein kurzzeitiges Problem mit der Heißwasserversorgung wurde schnell vom Vermieter behoben. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, die wir gerne wieder buchen.

Nice apartement very close to lovely beach

Nice apartement with all neccessary equipement. Lidl is approx. 200 m from the apartement, and open every day. Just across the road there is a long, clean sandy beach. When we wanted to go to the city center, we used the bikes that follows the apartement. The host was very helpful to us. We enjoyed our stay there!

Ottima sistemazione a Terracina

Siamo stati 10 Giorni in questa casa. La mancanza di qualche piccolo confort è compensata dall'ottima posizione, di fronte alla spiaggia e a due passi dal centro. La casa rispecchia le foto, è molto carina. Siamo stati molto bene.

ottimo soggiorno a Terracina

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni a Terracina: la soluzione si è rivelata ottima. La casa è ariosa, fresca, ben tenuta e ben attrezzata. Lo spazio esterno non è molto grande ma sufficiente anche per pranzare all'aperto. La posizione è eccellente; è vicina al centro e vicinissima alla spiaggia: si attraversa il lungomare e si è arrivati. Se non si amano gli stabilimenti, proprio di fronte c'è anche una spiaggia libera. La consigliamo vivamente! Anna e Paolo

Ottimo appartamento sul lungomare di Terracina

Il nostro soggiorno è durato 3 notti, il proprietario Sig. Martini è molto gentile ci ha contattato prima della partenza dandoci tutte le indicazioni ed è stato molto disponibile. L'appartamento è spazioso ideale x famiglie con bambini. Molto comodo e si trova proprio sul lungomare di Terracina non distante dal centro. È stato un soggiorno piacevole, senza nessun problema. Consigliato x chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno a Terracina. Se dovessimo tornare sicuramente torneremo qui

Riassumo: Proprietario 5'stelle Appartamento 5 stelle Altro 5 stelle

Ho scritto al proprietario e si e rivelato una persona disponibile seria e molto precisa ( vi dico solo che mi ha contattato lui per sapere se andava tutto bene la sera del primo giorno e il giorno dopo la fine del mostro soggiorno e' stato ancora lui a chiamarmi per sapere come era stato il nostro soggiorno .... ) cosa rara... La casa devo dire ( mio figlio ha 3 anni e da 3 anni prendiamo casa a Terracina) ne ho viste tante tante... Questa la migliore .... Adatta a famiglie con il giardino mattonato all esterno e a 15 metri dal mare... Adatta ai ragazzi per il numeri di posti letto e per l entrata indipendente... Un appartamento che prende orizzontalmente tutti i ragazzi e le famiglie... Dimenticavo che la casa e dotata di tutto l occorrente per la cucina per il bagno e per il pernottamento...l arrendamento e nuovo .... Di case ne ho girate tante ... Quasi tutte su Terracina lungo mare... Trovare qualcosa meglio e un impresa ardua..molto dura... quasi impossibile.... Io con questa STO!!!! Ps: Non dimentichiamo che qui si parla con la proprietà e non con un agenzia...quindi meno costi e magari risoluzione più veloce dei problemi( sempre che ne troviate!!!)... Baci Daniele Cristina e Diego e noi ci torniamo tre settimane a luglio...

Vacanze natalizie ma sempre con il sole

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo natalizio, la casa era molto accogliente e dotata di ogni coonfort, con perfetta posizione per la spiaggia praticamente a 50 metri e vicina a tutti i servizi. Il proprietario gentile e cortese a disposizione per ogni evenienza. Abbiamo trascorso delle ottime vacanze a tutto svago e relax.

Vacanze natalizie ma sempre con il sole

Evviva Terracina!

Bella e comoda casa, con posto auto e garage, a un passo dalla spiaggia; proprietario gentile e disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Forse l'appartamento necessiterebbe di qualche manutenzione in più, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

Perfect apartment next to the beach

A great apartment with everything one needs. My family, including two children, had a fantastic week in this comfortable apartment. Right next to Terracina's fantastic beach and walking distance to shops and the town square. Dinners in the evenings on the terrace was a treat. We will definitely be renting again.
