Villa surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees with views of the mountains and the sea on 14,000 m2 of land. In the garden is a beautiful swimming pool for the necessary cooling with an outdoor shower. There is a BBQ and there are several nice places where you can sit. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all amenities.

Area:
Dolceacqua is a few kilometers inland from the coast, it is a charming village with winding medieval streets that lead to the castle. In the valley lies the beautiful bridge painted by Monet. The house is approximately 10 minutes by car from the village.
The area is ideal if you like sun and beach (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Vallecrosia, Sanremo), but also if you want to experience the real Italian culture in the villages a little more inland. Dolceacqua, Pigna, Roccheta and Airole are typical villages where the Italian still lives as he used to. Across the border in France (around 30 minutes' drive), cities such as Menton, Monaco and Nice are also worth a visit.

The house is located 45 minutes from Nice airport where Transavia, Easyjet and KLM fly daily.

Beautiful

A very nice location, stunning view, very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just the drive up and down the street was a bit nerve wrecking.

Wonderful

Beautifully located chalet-style house with good shade spots on every daytime. Has everything we wished for at our holiday. Warm welcome and wonderful agency care at Camporosso. We took the local olive oil with us for extended memories :-)

Haus auf dem Berg

Sehr schönes Haus oben auf dem Berg, die Auffahrt ist anfänglich etwas abenteuerlich, aber mit Ruhe und Geduld gewöhnt man sich dran. Dafür wird man auch mit Ruhe und einer grandiosen Aussicht belohnt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine schöne Aussenanlage und einen guten Pool.

Heerlijke vakantie!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Comparosso. De weg omhoog was even spannend maar na een tijdje konden we elke bocht in één keer nemen. Het huis overtrof de verwachtingen, alles was voorhanden. Koele slaapkamers en goede bedden. Een heerlijk zwembad en verschillende zitjes al naarbgelang het weer / zon.

Sehr schöner Rückzugsort mit Pool

Wir waren im Juli 1 Woche in dem sehr schönen Haus mit 4 Personen zu Gast. Der Empfang und die Einführung von Fabienne und Manuel waren sehr herzlich. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und sie reagierten immer sehr schnell. Der Weg hoch zum Haus (10 min von der Straße) war etwas abenteuerlich und fordert den Fahrenden auf jeden Fall heraus. Unser 17jährige Sohn bewohnte alleine das Appartement im Souterrain, was er sehr genossen hat und wo es schön kühl blieb. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und in den oberen Schlafzimmern gibt es eine echte Klimaanlage mit Splitgerät, was bei wärmeren Tagen sehr angenehm war. Der Pool wurde vor allem von unserer Tochter sehr geliebt und war auf jeden Fall ein Mehrwert. Die Ausstattung und das WLAN waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Garten hat mehrere Terrassen und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Es herrscht dort eine tolle Ruhe, was mal eine ganz besondere Erfahrung ist. Die Umgebung bietet viele tolle Ausflugsziele, egal ob in den Bergen (Dolceaqua, Pigna) oder am Meer (San Remo, Monaco, etc. ) und ist daher sehr zu empfehlen. Supermärkte gibt es unten in Camporosso, wo man sich mit allem eindecken kann. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls genügend in der Umgebung, nur halt nicht fussläufig.

Hidden Treasure

The house is in the mountains, ca. 15min car ride to the ocean. It is hidden, quite and really nice. One can get really get out of the daily rush, come down and relax.

Schöner Urlaub

Super Aussicht, unterer Raum ohne Klimaanlage, steile Auffahrt, Ruhe oder Aktivität beides möglich, san Remo empfehlenswert, Tipps des Hauses super und Pool unerlässlich bei den Temperaturen. Zugang Pool verbesserungsbedürftig.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus und die Lage ist ein Traum! Meerblick nach vorn, herrlicher Blick ins Hinterland! Aufgrund der Lage auf dem Hügel ist die Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich, aber daran hat man sich schnell gewöhnt. Das Haus ist liebevoll hergerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Highlight ist natürlich der Garten mit Pool, Grill und schönen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Der Besitzer hat sich sofort um die Behebung eines kleinen Mangels (saisonbedingt) gekümmert. Top! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene für 1 Woche in diesem schönen Haus, in dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Super Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt und vieles noch darüber hinaus. Toller Blick auf Meer und Berge. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Wir haben die Woche absolut genossen und uns prima erholt. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super cool und zuverlässig - Danke an Ria :-)

Schönes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Problemlose Agentur, sehr gute Kommunikation und schnelle Reaktion sowie Entgegenkommen des Vermieters, wunderbare abgelegene Lage des sehr schönen Hauses, nur das Wasser im Pool hat das schöne Bild etwas getrübt. Alles absolut top! Vielen Dank!

Camporosso July 2021

We stayed at Ingrid´s house for one week in July. It is a fantastic accommodation in a wonderful area on a high mountain approximately 8 minutes from the main road by car with small double bends and narrow paths. It is close to France and Monaco, where we went by bike. The property is ideal for a family of four +2 ,very spacious, little playroom under the attic, with two bedrooms upstairs (with aircon), one separated bedroom downstairs and a lovely living room with kitchen, a wonderful outdoor area with two terraces, one with an amazing view down the valley. We had breakfast and dinner outside each day on the patio. The kids had very much fun in the pool, which was well prepared. The house has just everything you could want - barbecue, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen- we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Traumhaus in Olivenidylle

Wir hatten 9 sehr entspannende Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus inmitten eines Olivengartens. Wir wurden am vereinbarten Treffpunkt pünktlich von den beiden freundlichen und herzlichen Vor-Ort-Betreuern Ria und Vincenzo in Empfang genommen und über eine abenteuerliche, aber asphaltierte Anfahrtsstraße zum Ziel auf einem Hügel geführt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem sehr großen Wohn- und Essbereich sehr viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Auf dem großen Grundstück kann man sich stets aussuchen, ob man einen Schatten- oder einen Sonnenplatz haben möchte, ob man lieber den Bergblick oder den Meerblick genießen möchte. Das Grundstück kann von keinem der Nachbargrundstücke eingesehen werden, so ist man völlig ungestört. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unsere erwachsenen und jugendlichen Kinder hatten schnell einen Lieblingsplatz gefunden, die Hängematte zwischen einer Palme und einem Olivenbaum, in der man wunderbar entspannen konnte. Das Haus war für uns tadellos vorbereitet, es fehlte uns an nichts, so fanden wir in der Küche mehr als genügend Utensilien und Gewürze. Zwei Kühlschränke boten sehr viel Platz, um Vorräte zu lagern. Eine neuwertige Waschmaschine stand uns ebenso wie ein Trockner zur Verfügung. An einem gewittrigen Abend, an dem es etwas kühl wurde, konnten wir die Vorzüge des eingebauten Schwedenofens nutzen, Feuerholz stand in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Wir danken unserer Gastgeberin Ingrid mit Familie ganz herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus nutzen durften. Herzliche Grüße von Familie Albert aus dem Schwarzwald

Wonderful well equiped house with incredible sea and valley view

We had an absolute magnificient stay at Ingrid's house! The house is located 3km away from the center of Camporosso. A paved street leads up to the property. Once you're there you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the valley and even to the sea. The fact that there are two seperate residential units was ideal for us, cause we travelled as a family with children and their grandparents, which stayed in the "guesthouse" on the ground floor. The guesthouse has its own entrance, bathroom with toilet and small kitchenette with fridge. The main part of the house which is on the 1st floor and leveled to the garden has two bedrooms (since recently with air conditioning), a huge living/dining room, a spacious and well equiped kitchen and a quite new and modern bathroom with toilet and an open shower. In the house there is really everything you need, from the finest wine glasses over to a wireless speaker system, kitchen utensils, a working tv, coffee machine, toys for children and so on - all in high quality. We were really astonished how stylish and generously the house was set up. Furthermore everything was extremly clean and neat. Outside there is a huge table from which you can admire the ocean view, a hammock between an olive and a palm tree, a barbecue, deck chairs and 2 huge parasols - everything just a few meters away from the great pool. The communication with Ingrid and the Ria (she manages the house from Italy) was at any time friendly and fast (we asked a lot of question before our arrival)- both were totally courteous! The area offers a lot to discover and explore. You can visit the towns of Camporosso, Dolceaqua or Ventimiglia, which all are located just a few minutes away. Thank you very much, Ingrid for letting us stay at your house! We really had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back sometime!
