Immersed in the heart of the Itria valley in a quiet and not isolated district is Locus House, a structure consisting of two independent houses: the oldest trullo and the more recently restored restored stables. The house is easily reached by an asphalted road and enjoys a beautiful view over the valley as it is the highest area. The trullo has just been completely renovated and ready to host. The trullo area consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a dining room. In the master bedroom there is a second fireplace and has direct access to the terrace with outdoor shower overlooking the valley. The second house has a large living room with kitchen with view, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms; the two main rooms have direct access to a patio with hammocks. The structure includes a beautiful panoramic terrace and another 3000 meters of land where a swimming pool will soon be built.
