Great location, nice apartment

Location is great! Beach, town and supermarkets are nearby. However the place is peaceful. It is very nice to watch the boats passing in the canal. The little swimming pool in the sunny terrace is nice in hot days. The house is spacious, but simply decorated. Empuriabrava is great with wonderful sandy beach. There is also lots to see nearby.

Un très bon séjour , La description de la villa était bien conforme . Tout est très propre (la villa , les terrasses , la piscine etc .. ) tout est complet pour une famille l’endroit est incroyable et très apaisant . Isabelle est très réactive toujours disponible . Je recommande +++++ Nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour . Au plaisir

Photos de la propriété prise il y a bien longtemps !! Les transats ainsi que le reste des prestations de la maison sont vieilles et en très mauvais état !! Nous attendons toujours un appel de la propriétaire ou d’abritel pour ce que nous avons demandé !!!! La piscine était sale et avait dès fuite…. Nous avons plein de photos à l’appui ! Très déçu de cette location !!!!

Alles, wie es soll, Mängel schnell behoben.

Lage und Ausstattung top. Eigener Pool, eigener Stellplatz. Defekte Elektrik wurde schnell behoben. Leicht nervig die bis in die Nacht feiernden Jungerwachsenen im Nachbarhaus, aber damit kamen wir ganz gut klar.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, das Wohnzimmer sehr groß, im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große Dusche und der Außenbereich ist schön. Abgesehen davon haben wir leider sehr viele schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Vermieter gemacht. Zunächst erhielten wir nach der Buchung eine Mitteilung vom Vermieter, dass sie die Preise noch nicht aktualisiert hätten und so erhöhte sich der Buchungseintrag um etwa 100 Euro. Vor der Anreise schickte uns der Vermieter eine E-Mail mit der Adresse, allerdings hat er uns fälschlicherweise die Adresse des Nachbarhauses geschickt (Beide Häuser gehören dem Vermieter). Nachdem wir uns mit den Nachbarn ausgetauscht hatten, haben wir in Absprache mit dem Vermieter die Häuser wieder gewechselt, so, wie es auch gebucht war. Der Vermieter war nicht bereit, uns eine Entschädigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten (Koffer wieder ein- und auspacken, reinigen, etc.) zu zahlen. Desweiteren waren einige Informationen in der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht korrekt. Zunächst einmal stand in der Beschreibung, dass das Haus über eine Spülmaschine verfüge, was aber nicht stimmte. Darüber waren wir schon verärgert, war dies doch mit ein Hauptgrund, warum wir dieses Haus gebucht hatten. Auch hier war der Vermieter nicht bereit, uns auf unsere Anfrage hin eine Entschädigung zu zahlen. Auch stimmte die beschriebene Art bei 2 der 3 Betten nicht. Statt eines Queensize-Bettes gab es zwei Bettgestelle mit 2 Matratzen. Als der Kühlschrank ausfiel, konnten wir mit der Vermieterin Isabel sprechen, die sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit war. Desweiteren war angegeben, dass das Haus über 2 Bäder verfüge. Allerdings stellte sich dann heraus, dass das zweite Bad lediglich ein Gäste WC ist. (Diese Information + Spülmaschine wurde mittlerweile angepasst). Die Einfahrt auf den Fotos ist schön groß, allerdings sieht man auf den Fotos nicht, dass man vorher in eine sehr enge Gasse fahren muss, die im 90 Grad-Winkel zur Einfahrt liegt. Wir hatten leider nicht gefragt, wie groß und tief der Pool ist. Auf den Fotos sieht der Pool viel größer aus, als er ist. Die Maße des Pools beträgt etwa 4,5m x 2,5m. An der tiefsten Stelle ging meinem Mann (1,70m) das Wasser bis zum Bauchnabel. Die Poollampe war defekt und wurde während der gesamten 2 Wochen unseres Urlaubs nicht repariert. Wir hätten uns auch Informationen für Gäste gewünscht (Müllentsorgung, Poolreinigung, etc.) Wir hatten trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub, aber von diesem Haus können wir leider nur abraten.

Maison sympa, bien située

Maison agréable, bien située, jolie vue. Sur le canal principal donc bruyant en journée, mais calme le matin et le soir. Par contre on n’entend pas la route. Petites précisions: pas de lave-vaisselle, ménage à faire par le locataire

Leuke ligging aan het kanaal. Veel te duur voor dit huis. Airco alleen op 1 slaapkamer en douchen met koud water

Séjour à Empuriabrava

Séjour de 5 jours correct à Empuriabrava. Vue magnifique sur le canal mais la ville est peu animée hors saison. À 15mn de Roses, bien plus vivante à cette période de l'année.

Un agréable séjour dans cette maison bénéficiant d'un excellent rapport qualité prix!

Nous avons était bien accueillis par le propriétaire et nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Malgré l'ambiance festive du jour de l'an nous n'avons absolument pas été embêtés par la musique de nos voisins. Le seul souci c'est que nous avons eu froid puisqu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage. Heureusement il a fait très beau. Un chauffage d'appoint aurait été le bienvenu surtout dans la salle de bain. A noter qu'il n'y avait qu'une salle de bain au lieu des 2 annoncées. En effet l'autre salle de bain était en fait un lave main dans les toilettes du bas. Son emplacement est idéal, nous avons visité les 3 lieux privilégiés par Dali et ce fût une belle découverte. Nous nous sommes promenés sur la plage et nous avons visité Barcelone. Nous recommandons cette maison pour une location.
