Fabulous spacious villa, heated pool, private terraces & Jacuzzi

As you step inside Villa Goa (formally Lanzamar) the bright and open hallway will greet you which leads down the spiralling staircase to the open plan lounge/games area.

Taking the stairs down there is a fabulous pool table where you can enjoy a few drinks and a game of pool alongside the lounge area. There are also two very comfortable sofas, a 55-inch flat screen TV with good a UK TV package, DVD Player and WIFI throughout. There is a lovely benched seating area at the back of the lounge where you can sit and read a book making this space a great area for the whole family.

On the same level as the lounge are two of the bedrooms one twin room and one king bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, the king bedroom has a fitted mosquito net over the bed and a small private patio area outside to enjoy a cup of tea in the mornings. Between these two bedrooms is the bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath, double sink with separate make up mirror and also a separate enclosed walk in shower, toilet and bidet.

From the lower level you can take the stairs outside the patio doors up to the completely private pool area. Here there are six individual sunbeds and a lovely double day bed where you can enjoy the daytime sun, relaxing by the pool.

Also, on the lower level there is a fabulous 6-person jacuzzi (from Sept 19 onwards) so you will be able to fully relax and enjoy the evening sunsets. A few steps up towards the terrace is a little traditional seating area alongside a Canarian BBQ, allowing you to prepare dinner and have a few glasses of bubbly, while the kids are playing in the swimming pool this will certainly make an enjoyable evening. Up some further stairs is the upper terrace, there is a table and chairs to seat 8 people, and you can see the fabulous views over Playa Blanca and across to the island of Fuerteventura.

Entering the house from the upper terrace, there is a further dining area, fitted with air conditioning, for 8 people should you choose to dine inside, this is open plan with the modern, well-equipped kitchen area. It gives the villa an extremely spacious and sociable feeling. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, coffee machine, kettle toaster and plenty of cooking equipment. Just off the kitchen is a small solana with the washing machine, ironing board, and clothes airer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning (coin operated), a mosquito net, TV, fully fitted wardrobes, a safe, hairdryer and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. From this bedroom you will wake to fabulous views out over the ocean. The second twin bedroom is just along the hallway, the bedroom also has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, two single beds and an ensuite with a shower, toilet and sink.

There is also a separate toilet room for people to use on the upper level without having to enter any of the bedrooms.

This villa has an off-road driveway with space for 2 cars.

The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo which is about 1.6 km, here you will also find some lovely restaurants and a small supermarket. The town of Playa Blanca is about a 2 km from the villa in the town you will find all the shops and lovely restaurants should you choose to eat out of an evening.

If you did not fancy the walk, there is taxi rank directly outside the complex and they are very reasonably priced and always available.
