Pet Friendly Beach Retreat

My husband and I loved Unit 305 in Beach Retreat. Beautiful view of the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets from our balcony. Our little dog loved it too!

Very impressed with everything especially the firmer mattress

Excellent condo, location, view, cleanliness, master bed mattress and dog friendly. The only suggestion we have is to have a restroom facility on the beach for guests that is coded like the other gated and condo areas

Stunning View

We had the best trip. A very short walk across the street to the beach. The road did not obstruct any beach views. I actually enjoyed being able to watch the people out and about. Three restaurants within walking distance and we ate at two of those. Very clean condo and exactly as pictured on the website.

Perfect location

We have been going to a Miramar beach for years and have to say that this is the best location we have found so far! The condo is situated perfectly across from the beach. The condo was spacious and very clean. We could not be happier with this condo and definitely plan to return!

Great stay with some room for improvement

First of all, the property location is fabulous. The private beach is incredible with direct access right across the street and we had a higher floor view of it every single day. The check in details and process were super clear and easy to follow. Lots of good restaurant options nearby and delivery too for those like us who are a bit wary of dining out during COVID. Hurricane Sally passed through during our stay and although we were not in an area that got hit hard it was a big storm and we lost power for exactly 24 hours. Our property manager was attentive and checked in on us. We felt safe given the position of the condo and the place was well stocked with candles, the fridge that kept surprisingly cool throughout and classic board games to keep us occupied and having fun. Some areas for improvement - previous renters clearly don’t follow the rules of no pets on the furniture so we had some surprises with pet hair and old smells on the sofa and even some hair on towels which was not pleasant at all. Also the wash cloths were older and coarse and needed to be replaced. The cleaning needs to be deeper and it is definitely time to replace that old sofa. Also consider charging a non-refundable pet fee to deter careless pet owners from messing things up for the rest of us. Those of us who care would pay it and have a better time of it. Otherwise, good stay and nice spot.

Great stay but listing misleading

We had a wonderful stay, however this listing is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, but the 'second bedroom' is a space that is separated by a curtain with two bunk beds. I think the listing should be adjusted to accurately reflect that.

Wonderful!

Ocean view from the balcony was so nice! Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much! The beach was beautiful, and the water was so clear!
