Appartamento in cattivo stato

Io e i miei amici abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per 3 notti, sebbene la posizione sia comoda rispetto al centro di Jesolo e alla costa, l'immobile presentava delle problematiche effettive. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato la serratura della porta d'ingresso rotta, così come un ripiano del frigorifero, l'anta dell'armadio di una delle due stanze era completamente scardinata e mancavano i bicchieri, abbiamo dovuto bere sempre dalle tazze della colazione. Nota bene: abbiamo avuto accesso all'appartamento, trovandolo in questo stato, solo dopo aver lasciato 200 euro di caparra. In più non c'erano nè il detersivo per i piatti, nè il sapone per il bagno, nè l'accendigas per i fornelli che non funzionavano autonomamente, tutte cose che abbiamo dovuto comprare noi chiaramente. Lo stato dell'appartamento si può decisamente migliorare.
