New apartment just 3 minutes from Los Bateles beach and downtown Conil. 2 bedrooms, built-in wardrobe and beds of 1.60cm and 2 sofas with indoor mattress of 1.50cm in the living room. In the living room, storage closet, for people who sleep in the lounge. Equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for its use. A large bathroom. Air conditioner. Top floor terrace, overlooking the sea and the Atalaya Park. July and August complete weeks.
