Delightful villa located in the center of Palinuro at the Pisacane course n. 152 with driveway and pedestrian entrance. It is located just 200 m from the sea with a private descent. The villa of about 100 square meters has a large entrance with a sofa bed, kitchen, equipped with kitchenware, traditional oven, fridge and freezer, TV and washing machine, two large double bedrooms with TV, two comfortable bathrooms with shower and outdoor garden.
The garden (about 150 square meters) has a covered area with
 canopy of about 25 square meters and an outdoor area completely green, with citrus fruit, outdoor shower and car parking.
Nearby you can walk to enjoy all the comforts typical of the urban center (shops, recreational areas, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, post offices, banks, etc.).
Small pets are allowed.
No air conditioners but very cool house with load bearing stone walls.
No hairdryer.
Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
TV in every room.
Linen if requested for a fee.
No daily cleaning.
Obligation to dispose of waste separately.

Palinuro, un posto incantevole dove soggiornare.
La casa aveva tutti i requisiti indicati, comodo sopratutto il parcheggio interno e la posizione centrale. Anche senza l'aria condizionata si dormiva bene. L'unica pecca è il rumore notturno anche a notte fonda, del turismo pedonale locale.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. La villetta è fresca e spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario e pulitissima. Gli ambienti sono ariosi e molto luminosi. Gli spazi all'aperto sono ben attrezzati e comodamente fruibili, c'è anche un posto auto interno, cosa che a Palinuro fa davvero la differenza, visto che lì si parcheggia solo a pagamento ed è difficile trovare posti liberi. La proprietaria è una persona squisitamente gentile e molto disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo.
