**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

Spacious 4 bed villa
We had a lovely relaxing 10 day stay at this villa in late April. Distance from the airport was reasonable and we were glad to see on arriving a pleasant villa lined street. Supermarkets within a 12 minute walk or 3/4 by taxi. Some areas of the villa are dated and the downstairs en suite needs replacing but the main bathroom is absolutely fine and has 2 powerful showers in it. Outside are was lovely with plenty of loungers. We enjoyed it and would return.

House was very good. It was good outside. Pool maintenance was very well organised. There was less entertainment in the house. For example: creaking stiff beds / no bread knife / no remains of first groceries left over from previous tenants (for example garbage bags or washing powder) / old kitchen / many ants indeed / there could be more comfortable outdoor seating chairs

O atendimento do senhor Paulo Proença foi excelente. A propriedade está bem localizada e muito limpa. O espaço exterior é muito bom. A cozinha é que merece a nossa avaliação menos boa, porque o frigorifico é pequeno, refresca mal e é muito velho. Também precisa de ser mais equipada em termos de loiça e utensílios. Seria bom se todos os quartos tivessem ar condicionado.

Wonderful Villa
The villa is extremely well maintained. There is more than enough crockery, cutlery and pans to feed an a army. We had one little problem which was dealt with very quickly. The "noddy train" stops nearby, however I would suggest a hire car. I would reecommend this villa for a very enjoyable holiday.
