A step away from the beginning of the full city center and only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, the house is located at the beginning of the street that enters the heart of the ancient quarter and leads to the panoramic route of the medieval walls
Intimate and bright, it can accommodate two or three adults or two adults with two or three children, thanks to a queen-size sofa bed (120cm wide) and the possibility of adding a cot on request.
The entrance is on the ground floor (three steps)

Top rate!

This is an excellent apartment. The view is inspiring. The apartment very comfortable, clean, centrally located but peaceful. The hosts gave excellent restaurant recommendations and left clear instructions that were helpful. We loved our three nights in beautiful Orvieto just exploring the town— Duomo, Etruscan museum, market, walking from one end to the other. We would return and recommend to friends.

Rooms with a view

This is a neat one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bath located on the first floor of a small building in Orvieto’s medieval district a short walk from the town’s central square, restaurants, shopping and so forth. The owners Alice and Gianfranco are prompt communicators and always ready to help. The only issue we had, a minor one, is the apartment is situated above a narrow cobblestoned road that leads down out of town and you can hear cars passing from early in the morning to fairly late at night if the windows are open. Otherwise the unit is quiet and relaxing, and the view from the balconcino enchanting.

Hot but beautiful

My son suffered without AC but we did keep the apartment as cool as possible by following the owner's instructions. The view was lovely!

Orvieto Apartment with Balcony

Perfect location, great amenities, very comfortable. Easy to visit attractions and return for breaks throughout the day. Balcony has incredible view. Highly recommend.

A charming apartment very well equipped and decorated, with a helpful library of books about Orvieto and its churches. My only suggestion would be for more instructions about using the various appliances. Otherwise top marks.

We loved this apartment - it was easy to get to and in a beautiful location. The Wi Fi signal was strong and the decoration was simple but nice. If you have a car, it provides parking in a nearby area - a 5-7 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment has all of the important amenities for a nice and restful evening. It is important to note that it does not have air conditioning. We opened the windows and it helped some but it was still a bit humid. We traveled here in late May. I think a July or August stay in humid Italy would make it challenging but, aside from that, the apartment was gorgeous and the owner was friendly and communicative and our check in and check out was super easy. Also, the apartment is located in a beautiful area which makes it easier for walking to important areas.

Spring in Orvieto

We had a lovely stay in Orvieto, and the apartment is located in a wonderful area of town. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the balcony. Gianfranco's communication was excellent. We would recommend this apartment for couples.

Una notte a Orvieto

In occasione di un piccolo tour in giro per l'Umbria abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa proprietà. L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicinissimo al centro e ha anche un posto auto non troppo lontano. Si presenta veramente pulito, ben arredato e curato. I proprietari sono stati gentili e dispobili sin dal primo contatto. Un grazie speciale a Alice che ci ha dato preziosissimi consigli. Ci sentiamo assolutamente di consigliare questa proprietà.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, alles funktionierte sehr einfach und unkompliziert! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Orvieto und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen.

Orvieto with a view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orvieto. Alice made the check-in process easy and provided us with a list of local eateries. After wandering this amazing hill town, we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the incredible Umbarian view from the balcony. I would highly recommend this gem in Orvieto!

Even better than imaginable!

The owner went out of her way to pick us up at the train station when we arrived later than expected. The property was clean, conveniently close to everything, and the balcony was beautiful in the early morning. Perfect stay in Orvieto!
