Lovely place
Really nice apartment. Loved our stay there. Only down side is there's no on site parking but it's understandable why because of where the apartment is located.
Would happily go back again!

Excellent weekend in York.
Stayed for a weekend in 123 Nunnery Lane and thought it was great! Very comfortable apartment in a brilliant location. Great bars and restaurants very close by and not far to walk into the city centre. Company was very helpful to deal with and sorted access to the property early. Would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Spacious and comfortable
This accommodation was spacious, comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen as well. It has shops nearby for groceries as well as a number of local restaurants.

A few things for service improvement
Dear,
Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback.
We enjoyed the stay, however we noticed few little things to improve the overall experience and the stay of other customers.
- In the kitchen: saucepan were extremely damaged and small. Only one pan was available , less than 8"" for 3 poeple... we actually had to buy a regular pan to be able to cook something. Overall, the number of cooking items were really low (no coffee cup for example - this could be a good addition especially for European and Latin tourists coming to visit York)
- The linen for the 3rd person was not obviously displayed. It would have been nice to find it near the sofa bed. We initially thought it was missing but after looking everywhere we found it inside a bag, near the vacuum cleaner, in the utility room downstairs.
That said, we really enjoyed our stay. The appartement was clean, great design and great location, and we appreciated a lot the welcoming pack. It's also not the first time we use your service and despite these little inconveniences, we always find your service of quality.
Hoping this will help you improve it further.
Best regards,
Sarah Lecinski

Another stay at 123 Nunnery Lane
This was our second stay at 123 Nunnery Lane, which is well located for seeing our family who live in York. It is next to Bishopthorpe Road, which has a great collection of independent shops and eateries as well as a couple of convenience stores. Rowntree park is just down the road,
There is no parking at the property, but it isn’t too far from a car park. We didn’t use the car all week as we walked into York every day - a pleasant 10-15 minutes to the centre. It is an easy walk from the railway station.
The flat is stylishly decorated and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The bedroom is huge and we found the bed very comfortable. Nice to have the choice of a bath or shower too.
Although the flat is generally well equipped, there was no fan. The flat got very hot when the temperature rose (it hit 28 degrees centigrade outside for for a couple of days during our stay). The windows only open a few centimetres for safety reasons, so it didn’t really cool down overnight. I sent a couple of emails to the letting agent asking about a fan during our stay, but didn’t receive a reply. The wifi is a little slow too.
However, we would definitely stay here again. It is a lovely property.

Review if 123 nunnery lane
A nice Apartment but just too loud in the evening with people and cars passing by in the early hours if the morning.
As advertised. No surprises. Five pounds in a cab, or walk to and from the train station if you have light luggage. Liesurely walk to the old centre. Great pub with good food across the street. Thai, Indian, Fish and Chips, grocer and butcher in the same block.
