Fantastic place in Les Marais

My husband, teenage son and daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was perfect for us and would be good for a family of 5 as well. The pictures are what you get. Everything is there that you need. The location is amazing. We loved walking around the area. Found some great restaurants, shopping etc. the binder that is provided is very helpful for tips for the space and for things to doIn the area. We could easily take the metra or walk to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for aWonderful stay.

Stayed six nights in this true home away from home - this three bedroom gem provided all of the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and make a home in Paris. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked several meals. The living space is comfortable and acommodating. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is perfect, with a towel warmer as a bonus! NO complaints whatsoever, with a fabulous host.If there is one thing we wished might have been different: the three bedrooms are piled on top of each other (especially bedrooms 2, 3), so if you're looking for privacy or to get away from your travel mates, this is not your place. Otherwise, shhhh....don't tell too many people about this fabulous place or it will be permanently booked!!

The perfect Paris home base!

This apartment is the perfect home base for your Paris stay. It was our first time in Paris. Our host, Genevieve, greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the apartment, answered our questions, and gave local recommendations. The apartment is quiet while centrally located, close to public transportation, and accessible to wonderful food and shopping options. I would love to return with my children the next time. Thank you for helping to make our first trip to Paris a wonderful experience!

Perfect Paris Stay

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place or the owners. They are extremely kind and welcoming throughout the entire stay. The place is perfectly located in Paris with metro a few steps away for easy travel. We even walked to the train station to go to Luxembourg for several days.We didn’t use the washing machine and the steps could be a problem for some but I had knee surgery and they were still fine for me. The bed is so comfortable and the balcony made all my photos Paris perfect!

The apartment is in a lovely location, near lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the Metro. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owners were friendly and very helpful - we all enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was fabulous! It has everything you needed and other things you may not realize you need. The hosts are fantastic and very helpful. The location was perfect for seeing all the sights. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

The apartment was tremendous in a great location for everything around the city. Hosts were accommodating and friendly and honestly the kind of interesting people I would like to get to know better. The place was clean and breezy (even during a heatwave with no AC). The building itself has French charm, and you can't walk 50 feet without stumbling into a cute cafe. Next time we visit Paris we will definitely stay here again!

A lovely paris stay for our family of five

Our family of five (with three teenagers: 17, 16, & 14) enjoyed ten wonderful days in this lovely apartment. The beds in the three bedrooms were comfortable. The central living space is bright and roomy, with three glass doors that open to a narrow terrace. The kitchen allowed us to stretch our budget by preparing some meals in the apartment (it was equipped with all the essential cookware and serving ware to put together a few family meals). The clothes washer helped to freshen some small loads of clothes and towels to get us through our visit. The apartment had everything that we needed for a great stay. The third arrondissement is a nice neighborhood. There are plenty of small shops, bakeries, cafes, bistros, bars, and restaurants within a very short walk. With the metro being mere steps away from the door, you can quickly access all of Paris. We did not need taxis or ride-share; we could walk and take the metro everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were proactive and responsive in our communications. Upon our arrival, Genevieve was very welcoming, taking time to orient us to the apartment and the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an extended stay in Paris and who wants to avoid a hotel experience.

Paris for Taylor Swift

The location of this apartment is excellent -- central Paris is walkable but there is a Metro station mere steps away. The neighborhood has plenty of brasseries and local shops. The apartment itself is up two flights, which was good for us since there is no lift/elevator. The living area has three large windows/doors to a small terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There is only one bathroom (no tub) and one toilet, but this worked fine for the four of us -- all adult women who are members of the same family. It was a warm and welcoming space, and I would stay here again!

A week in Paris with the family!

100% recommendable! We stayed there for a week for Easter 2024 with my three kids (11, 8, 6yo) and had a great experience. The pictures are accurate, the location is safe and near all main attractions and sight seeing (either walking or by metro). Plenty of restaurants and shops (groceries, bread/pastries/convenience) around, always lively with people (never deserted) but also zero noisy! The host was super helpful and accommodative to let us drop our luggage earlier before check in and always super communicative and available to answer any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful for our family of 5

Great apartment, excellent location with fantastic shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the city from here. The place was well appointed and very comfortable. The area was not too touristy, which was great. There are stairs, so be prepared to carry up your luggage. The washing machine was small but good, however be prepared to hang dry your clothes as the machine doesn’t dry well. Genevieve and her husband were very helpful and friendly, thanks so much!

Fantastic place to say in Paris.

We loved this apartment. Great location. Just steps from the metro and so many great places to eat nearby. There was also playground nearby that were great for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect Paris apartment

My husband, two children ages 15 and 11, and I stayed for 7 nights in this gorgeous apartment and it was perfect for us. Located close to places to eat, shop, with easy access to the metro and in a safe location, we realize enjoyed ourselves! The beautiful windows and light that came in in the morning was such a treat and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Paris.

Great stay in north Marais

Beautiful and clean apartment located steps away from the Arts & Metier metro station with many cafes and restaurants very close by. This apartment is very large by Paris standards and although the 3 bedrooms are clustered close together, there's space to spread out in the roomy living/dining room. As an added bonus there's a little Asia town within a 3 minute walk with good Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese food when you want something different.

NO Lift & ONE bathroom

Hosts were very nice and overall my girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay. However we had a few issues with this apartment. The 1st was getting up 3 flights of dark, winding stairs with our luggage. (We had to help each other with our heavy suitcases.) Not fun! Additionally it was very hot in the apartment with no A/C. Fans helped a bit.... Also, read description carefully - there is only 1 bathroom. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom (twin bed) was awkwardly located. You had to go thru the other larger bedroom to get in & out. Not great for privacy or getting to the loo in the middle of the night. Great location for exploring Paris!

Paris trip with friends

The location of this apartment was perfect. Close to the metro, and within walking distance to numerous activities, sites. The manager/ owners were friendly and helpful. The property is in great condition, in an old building, just beautiful. We enjoyed having the balcony to look over the street. There are winding steps to the apartment, it's listed as the 2nd floor since the ground floor wasn't counted, but it's actually the 3rd floor. Having an apartment for our week in Paris gave us all the space we needed and a kitchen to cook in when we preferred. Very nice apartment, I highly recommend.

A La Marais Treasure

Our 10 day stay Aug 17 thru 27 was a treat. This apartment is beautiful - a fabulous combination of old and modern. Very comfortable and roomy bedrooms for 2 couples and a smaller bedroom with a Trundle. Plus pull out). The location was great - easily could do a 20-30 min walk to many of the popular sites. And the LaMarais neighborhood is beautiful with many friendly welcoming cafes. Our hosts were wonderful - very very responsive even while they themselves were on holiday. Instructions were clear, checking easy. We highly recommend this home away from home if you want to live for a short time as a Parisian!!

Love this Place!

What an awesome homebase for our week in Paris!! Genevieve was great with communication, check in was quick and easy and the location was fantastic. My husband and I lived in Paris in college, but on a budget. This place was quite spacious for a city apartment and the location was fantastic. Quick walk to anything you could need - groceries, gym, metro, bakeries, etc. Also, its super close to the Pompidou center and tons of great restaurants in the Marais. My son also loved that the neighborhood was very LGBTQ friendly. I definitely recommend, and I know we would be happy to stay here again next time we are in Paris!

Absolutely Wonderful Paris Apartment

From the photos and description, we could hardly wait to stay at this apartment and it exceeded our expectations!! It has modern furnishings with the charm of being an old building: a perfect combination! The lighting (both the natural light and interior lighting) is wonderful and there are plenty of electrical outlets for all your devices, etc. Our most favorite feature is the long balcony! The apartment easily accommodated our family of 5. The convenience of the Metro station (steps away) is another key feature and you can easily reach any spot in Paris by train or foot or both. The morning croissants are also just outside the building! The hosts are very kind and communicative and have gone out of their way to provide a lovely “home away from home”. I can only hope to stay here again some day. Highly recommend!
