The ground floor accomodation comprises of a an open plan lounge/ dining / kitchen area with floor to ceiling glazing to maximise the fabulous views out across Kalkan Bay. This area is fully equipped with state of the art technology , including a 50 inch Smart TV with English, German, Russian and Turkish Channels. There is also a twin bedroom on this level, which opens directly on to the pool terrace. This bedroom has a 32 inch LED TV, an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower. There is also a communal w.c. and utility room on this floor.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Two of these hase king size beds (180 x 200cm) and one has a super king size (200 x 100 cm), this last bed can also be made up as two single beds. All three bathrooms have 32inch TVs, sea view balconies, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi baths and seperate rainfall showers.
The outdoor space is stunning and is completely private making this an ideal option for those guests looking for a high level of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The massive pool is some 12 x 5 metres, with a submerged seating area with jacuzzi style jets, a childrens pool, and a shallow area where sun loungers may be placed. There is an alfresco dining area for 6, 8 sun loungers and a relaxing seating area, all from which guests may soak in the panoramic views across the bay.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 6500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
