Salty Breeze is the perfect spot for your group of family and friends to gather, relax, and spend a glorious week in paradise right on the beach!

The walls of windows on the entire main floor bring the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right into the open concept living and dining area. This great space lets everyone be together yet allows a separate dining/game/tv area; large kitchen/prep area; and another tv/lounging area. Plenty of room to spread out!!!

Everything you need to cook a simple or gourmet meal can be found in this kitchen. Dine around the large table, sit around the 2 kitchen islands, or throw open the sliders and serve under the sun or stars on the huge gulf front deck. 2 picnic tables will fit your entire group outside while listening to the the waves crash on the shore and the seagulls fly overhead.

Grab a drink or a quick snack before heading down the stairs to the sand and surf!

Salty Breeze features 2 separate king-sized primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
All bathrooms have recently been re-modeled.

A third roomy bedroom sleeps 4, featuring 2 new full-sized beds. The fourth bedroom is a great place for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large play area to do puzzles or games, sleeping 4.
These two bedrooms open up to a large soundview deck, a great spot for your morning coffee or perfect place for a nightcap while watching the beautiful sunsets in the summertime!

The upstairs fifth bedroom is a loft, featuring a queen-sized bed, and is a wonderful "private escape" area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

There is a full-sized laundry room with new washer and dryer on the main floor.

The beach access is just out your back door. The wooden dune crossover next door makes it very convenient to bring coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to the surf.

There is enough parking to accommodate 5 cars as well as a charcoal grill for your use.
This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25..

After a long day of relaxing, playing, swimming and shelling, rinse off under the outdoor shower under the house and sort your shell "treasures" in this shady area. You can even grill your lunch or dinner here, where there is always a Salty Breeze awaiting you!
