Luxury 4 bedroom villa with private pool in Costa Adeje
The villa is new, renovated and furnished in a modern and cozy style.
In the basement is the large garage for two vehicles and a private one bedroom apartment, with kitchen and bathroom and laundry.
On the first floor there is the separate kitchen with dining area and equipped with all kinds of appliances, a toilet, large living room and dining room with access to the spacious terrace, large artificial grass garden, with rest areas and outdoor dining, from where open partial views of the ocean and the mountain.
There is also barbecue, private (heated on request with extra cost 150 €/ week to pay on site) pool and sun loungers.
Upstairs we find the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bathroom en suite, and two other double bedrooms that share a bathroom. All have change of sheets and towels for travelers.
The villa is located in a strategic area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, sports center and just 10 minutes walk to the Playa de Fañabe.
The villa can be rented alone (6 pax) or together with the private apartment (+2 pax).
