A few small things let this down

They were slow in responding to our emails regarding early check-in and requests for the full address so that we could arrange a food delivery in advance. We had to request more towels as only 2 medium size towels were left in the room for a family of 3 people, these were delivered the following day. Keys had to be dropped back to the office which was a good 20 min walk away up a steep hill. There was no option to leave keys at the property, I assume this is because they want you to use their taxi service with driver who has the keys.
