Condo is conveniently located just 2 miles from Resort, Carolina Hotel, and Pinehurst Village. The PCC clubhouse and US Open event are only a short walk away. Fabulous golf front location overlooking the 16th Fairway of #5. Stairs leading from the enclosed porch to the fairway make easy access to golf course and casual stroll to the Pinehurst clubhouse and Pinehurst village.
Completely remodeled with hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, King size master, 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms are brand new with granite counter tops. There is a large flat screen TV in the Living room and comfortable furniture to relax with your family and friends.
Arrangements may also be available for unaccompanied member guest golf at Pinehurst Country Club (limited availability -max 30 day advanced reservations).
There are 40 plus golf courses within an hour drive. Raleigh and Durham are just over an hour's ride.

Great Condo!

A truly great place to stay!

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo! My husband and I have stayed here on several occasions and always leave planning our return. It is comfortable, well appointed, has a great kitchen, is conveniently located, and the screened porch complete with a grill is just awesome! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful condo and the location to PCC and other golf courses is perfect. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen served our family perfectly. Would certainly recommend if you are looking to visit the Pinehurst area!

Wonderful Condo!!

This was the second time that my husband and I stayed in Joann’s lovely home and, again, it was wonderful! The condo has everything you could want or need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the condo is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back - again!!

Such a Lovely Home!

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend in Joann’s beautiful condo! Great location, lovely furnishings and a very well stocked kitchen made staying in extremely enjoyable! We could not have asked for a better place to spend our weekend away. The screened in porch with electric grill was an added bonus that we used all weekend. Would definitely stay here again - and very much hope to!!

Golf Tournament Lodging

The property was great, we were pleasantly surprised to see such a clean well updated unit. You won’t find anything in the area this close to the Pinehurst resort with all the amenities of home In such great condition. Check was super easy, communication was great, couldn’t have been happier with the stay!

Wonderful trip

The place was more than I needed but extremely comfortable and in great shape. Very close proximity to the Pinehurst Clubhouse and Village. The only possible thing I could say negative would be the amount of pollen covering the deck and furniture on it. I did sweep it off with a provided broom. Other than that the place was very nice and very comfortable.

This pictures don't do thia place justice. It was nice place to stay for my family (2 kids, 2 adults) and my in-laws. Very clean, nice area, spacious. I had to message owner about something and she was quick to respond. We would gladly go back and stay here again!

It’s a 10!

Can’t say enough positive things about this property. Joann was very accommodating and she really takes care of her place. I am a self proclaimed clean freak and I have to say that unlike all the other properties I have stayed at in the past, this was by far the cleanest and most well-kept. Everything was provided for and when we revisit Pinehurst, I will definitely be renting this property again! Thanks for a clean, spacious, nicely decorated stay!

Spacious Condo!

Plenty of room for a family. Nicely updated (pictures don’t do it justice) and a very relaxing location, both inside and out on the screened in porch. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable! Great open layout for socializing.

This property is very nicely appointed and quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the open layout, which allows folks in the kitchen to be involved in whatever's happening in the living room.
