Beautiful and bright apartment located in the best area of Carihuela, next to Puerto Marina. This apartment is surrounded by supermarkets, bars, restaurants, health center and taxi stops 100 meters away. The bus stop that connects to the center of Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella is also 100 meters away.
The apartment is a fourth floor with elevator, located in an urbanization with beautiful gardens and communal pool available in summer. It has a beautiful terrace with dining table and views of the mountains and the sea.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2014 and has a room with two single beds and two extra beds in the living room that are assembled on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, ideal for long stays.

Excelente estancia

Muy buena experiencia. La casa estaba muy limpia y cerca de la playa, restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados. El piso era como en el anuncio. María encantadora, nos dio mapas, nos indicó sitios y nos ayudó en todo lo que lnecesitamos. Se la recomendaré a mi familia y amigos!

Muy lindo apartamento muy cerca de la playa,

Muy lindo apartamento, la dueña María muy accesible y nos mostró todos los lugares cercaanos .La parada de bus a Màlaga està al lado y el piso tiene una terraza muy bonita.Tiene lavarropas y tabla de planchar que me sorprendió. Repetiremos María. Muchaa gracias!

a great apartment

I was in my beloved Carihuela for 3 weeks, The apartment was fine, I was not short of anything, everything was sufficiently available, the wifi was also very good, I could use the Dutch TV. well received on my tablet beach, promenade, pleasant harbor, shops and bus lines were very close.

Buena posicion en La Carihuela

El salón es grande y luminoso y con una amplia vista de la Carihuela. Balcón grande y bien equipado. Cocina bien equipada con tostadora, microondas e incluso lavadora, un poco pequeña y sin extractor. Cuarto de baño nuevo, bien equipado y funcional. Un dormitorio un poco pequeño con dos camas individuales, un gran armario y una ventana. Para la tercera persona ponen una cama en el salón que no aparece en las fotos. No creo que el salón sea cómodo si pones dos camas para un máximo. 4 personas El aire acondicionado es nuevo y silencioso en el salon y en el dormitorio La Playa de la Carihuela està muy cerca y la zona es tranquila. La obra delante del edificio está totalmente parada y no hay molestias. El precio final del apartamento es en dólares y no en euros.

Un lugar cálido

El apartamento está bien. El único inconveniente que la calefaccion sólo funciona con monedas por horas, algo que debería especificarse en la descripción de la propiedad. Afortunadamente el clima a finales de diciembre y primeros días de enero, no fue muy frío. El apartamento tiene de todo para una estancia agradable. Quizás necesita más limpieza en la zona de cocina pues había bastante grasa. Nosotros no la utilizamos. Los colchones de muelles incómodos sobre somieres y camas bastante viejas. Mejoraría bastante renovarlos. La zona es muy tranquila y buena localización. A 400m de Puerto Marina en Benalmadena por un agradable paseo marítimo.

Nice flat in a quiet location (in October), handy for public transport

This was a nice base to stay in for exploring the local area by public transport, with bus stops for Torremolinos, Malaga and Fuengirola 2 minutes up the road, and a train station 15 minutes away. The beaches at Carihuela were at most 10 minutes walk away. The flat itself had everything we needed, was clean, quiet (in October), and Liliane who met us at the flat on arrival was friendly and helpful and told us where the nearest shops were etc. We had a nice stay, thank you.

Great location, 200mtr from beach and all ameneties, bars, restaurants, shops & Marina

This Apartment in the Libra complex was very clean with small kitchen with lots of cooking utensils and cleaning products etc were also provided which is not the norm. Nice views from front terrace towards beach which was also suitable for alfresco dining. Very sunny terrace at rear of property with available sunbeds, it's also ideal for sundown watchers. The owner Gabriela was very helpful and came visit us to ensure that everything was in order and presented us with a bottle of Crianza wine which was excellent. A cleaning fee of €60 is due on arrival which is in the Terms and Conditions contract. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would re book this apartment for future stays

Nice apt in great location
