This apartment of 35 m² includes a bedroom with a large bed of 180 x 200 and a wardrobe, a bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet, a living room with two seater sofa and 80 cm flat screen TV with European channels.
The dining room with table and 4 chairs communicates with the kitchen widely equipped: refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, plate gas 4 fires, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowl, ... And in addition an iron and its small table.
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
The private terrace of 20 m² is shaded under a pergola covered with wisteria. You find a table and chairs for your meals.
Just in front, a private garden of 20 m² covered with gravel is equipped with two sunbathing for your tanning sessions ....
You can park your car a few meters in the shade.
Slightly out of the way, a playground is set up with a ping pong table, a trampoline, a gantry with swings, a volleyball or badminton court and a petanque court.
