My house located in the residential area of the Quartello, with a fantastic view of the salt marshes and Poetto beach, is located on the third and last floor of a complex served by a lift and 2 private parking lots.

It is the perfect place for couples and families on vacation, in an area that is 15 minutes from Cagliari and 25 minutes from the wonderful beach of Mari Pintau.

The house consists of entrance hall, breakfast room and kitchen, large terraced living room with panoramic view of Poetto, ponds and Devil's Saddle.
From the terrace you can go up to the large attic, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying beautiful sunsets.
The sleeping area is characterized by the use of colors combining the relaxation of your holiday.
The green room is a large double bedroom with open wardrobes and access to a shaded terrace.
The blue room is a room with a French double bed and open wardrobes.
The comfortable facilities are one per room and reflect the colors of the rooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Public transport is within walking distance of the house, the beach and the salt marshes (famous for the presence of flamingos) are within walking distance.
The seafront is equipped with cycling and jogging paths, with gymnastics stations and kiosks for pleasant stops.

At 5 min from home you can reach two supermarkets, bars, tobacconists and pharmacy.

The neighboring area is surrounded by the Molentargius park, which is home to flamingos and native fauna, and cycling can be a pleasant alternative to the beaches. We recommend a visit to the Sette Fratelli park and the characteristic village of San Gregorio which are the closest mountain areas.
