No complaints

The apartment was even better than anticipated - very spacious with an amazing garden. Very quiet and the garden +communal pool set up was perfect for families. Local area great too - very close to supermarket and really nice beach within walking distance. Both Fernando and Carlos were extremely helpful. No complaints and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Fantastisch

Niet veel tekst voor nodig. Alles was heel fijn, het appartement, de beheerder erg vriendelijk, locatie top, supermarkt om de hoek, lopend naar het strand, alles netjes onderhouden op het complex. Bedden sliepen heerlijk. Voor ons 1 minpuntje…de hoofd slaapkamer was erg licht, dus uitslapen zat er niet in voor ons. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We thought the location was exactly what the listing stated.

We enjoyed our stay, there were a lot of adventures to explore in the area. We would recommend the cottage to others. Our one disappoint was being unable to rent a boat to explore Lake Talquin. The area was clean, neighbors were friendly and a very quiet retreat.

Tres bel endroit.

Nous avons passé un sejour tres agreable en famille dans cette residence tres bien aménagée et calme. La literie (lit double) est particulierement confortable et la cuisine tres bien equipee. L appartement reste bien frais et le mini jardin avec terrasse est suffisamment spacieux et ombragé. Seul petit regret, l impossibilité de faire des BBQ dans la résidence. La piscine commune accessible jusque minuit est très grande et rarement prise d assaut La proximité de la plage est un plus et les couchers de soleil sur la cote sont magnifiques. Bref très très bon séjour.

We had a great time in a this lovely appartment!

We stayed 1 week in this appartment: spacious, clean, new and very comfi! We loved our little garden and community pool! The location is great, very close to Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo and Cala d Hort! Thank you for the nice stay at this special Island!

Lovely property in beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay here, Cala Tarida is a small but beautiful resort, very very different from it's neighbour Sant Antonio. We had a few problems at checkout which were in the end happily resolved, but none of which would have happened if the person who checked us in knew the rules of the property, and what the accommodation contained.

The location was great - right by the shared pool and 5 mins from the beach.

Great and convenient location. Very clean apartment with a nice private garden. Our 11 and 9 year old children made lots of friends by the pool. Pool rules were quite strict - no balls or inflatables, which seemed strange. Security could be better, as I had my running shoes stolen from the garden during the night. The apartment could also do with an outdoor dining table, which was in the picture on the website but not when we arrived.

Lovely complex and location - but not a great end!

We have been several times to this complex over the last 3 years with no issues. It's lovely. However on this occasion we were deducted almost all of our security deposit for two mattresses that my children accidentally urinated on on the final night after a 12 night stay. All children are very much of older school age. I stripped both beds and washed all bed linen. There was one (non water resistant) mattress topper on the two beds I stripped. The landlord has now purchased what was originally a 600 Euro single mattress to replace one and apparently managed to clean the other mattress (which is what we suggested doing). We believe a) the amount they have deducted is out of proportion to the event b) they thought we had actually stolen a mattress topper c) they actually told us we should have put all our children in nappies. Really if renting out properties to families you should invest in proper toppers and understand accidents can happen. In addition, by way of constructive feedback on apartment: a) it has public corridor running down side where 2 bedrooms are (quite dark too) so you always hear people coming in and out of neighbouring properties at night, b) there are only 4 proper dining chairs for outside dining table - if you are 5 as we were not great, c) no plastic tumblers to have drink by pool (as no glass obviously allowed by pools) d) No English channels whatsoever and no DVD player - unlike in other apartments in complex - bring some books and board games! We are also landlords in uk and have travelled extensively with children over the years, so know how to deal reasonably with our clients and except sometimes accidents happen.

Fantastic resort

The apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a peaceful resort, beautiful pool and gardens which our family loved, especially the children. We were able to relax and enjoy the blue skies. The beach and restaurants are a stones throw away so perfect. We would like to return one day.

Wunderfull stay

We had a wunderfull stay at the apartment. It was clean, well furnished and it had everything we wished for. Espacially the electric ven outside wich made sitting outside despite the heat during our stay in August enjoyable. The pool was also great just as the garden in the complex. Ibiza and the apartment are worth returning for an other stay in the future.
