The apartment is located in the elegant Libertà district, a few steps from the Teatro Massimo, the historic center and the pedestrian area of Via Maqueda. In about 30 minutes you can walk to the Cathedral, the Royal Palace with the splendid Palatine Chapel and the other places of the "Arab-Norman Palermo" route, declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
The house, located inside a 1930s building, is composed of a large double bedroom, connected to a second bedroom with a single bed, a living room with TV and sofa bed, a sitting room with a reading corner, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The rooms are air-conditioned.
At your disposal linen, towels, hairdryer, dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc. You will also find everything you need for breakfast preparation.
The apartment is 500 meters (6 minutes on foot) from the bus stop for Falcone-Borsellino Airport and from the bus stop for Mondello. Moreover at about 500 meters (6 minutes walk) there is Lolli station, from which there is a train connection to the airport.
Parking: on-street parking (blue lines) is subject to charges from 8 to 14 and from 16 to 20, excluding holidays. It’s possible to buy the coupons (€ 1 / h) at the tobacconist next to the building. In some nearby streets (eg Via R. Riolo, Via Ragusa) parking is free.
