Wonderful location

Great property in a quiet, secure community. Everything you need to work and relax. The location is walkable to restaurants and Mesilla. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It was stocked with basic necessities that a lot of VRBOs don't have. It's in a great location, gated community, and very quiet complex. The kids loved the pool. The property owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Check in / check out process was very easy. I highly recommend this condo if you're looking for a great place to stay in Las Cruces or surrounding area!!

Perfect Get Away

This was the perfect location for a tip with my daughter and granddaughters (a teen and an infant). Having the pool was great for all. We were able to visit family and have a nice comfortable place to come "home" to and relax.

Old Mesilla dream spot

Wonderful spacious accommodation. Beautiful condo walking distance from Old Mesilla. We’ve stayed in this condo 3 times. Great host. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great property and locations, but no pool.

The property was very comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were nice, in a nice location. The ad for the property promised a heated pool after March 1, and we discovered that this is not the case. There was not a heated pool. We ended up leaving 4 days early. Host was otherwise very responsive to our requests and inquiries.

Great Location

Very close to Mesilla where there are several things to do close by. Beautiful view of the Mountains from the balcony. The noise from the road IS a bit annoying--so if you are sensitive to that kind of thing, I would avoid this particular unit. Everything else was wonderful.

PLEASANTLY PLEASED BY PERFECTION!

This property owner thought of EVERYTHING! If I needed it; I found it somewhere in a closet, drawer, or cabinet. There was even a mini food processor in the kitchen!!! The property was CLEAN and QUIET! Other reviews mentioned the noise from traffic on the highway…but honestly it was noticeable only if you were sitting still thinking about it! The pictures don’t do the unit justice! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated. PLEASANTLY PLEASED!

Clean and inviting but road noise

This condo was extremely clean, beautifully designed, very comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed just hanging out there. However it is right on a busy road and there is auto noise 24/7. So not peaceful if that is what you are looking for.

Las Cruces in the winter

Very clean, very well located, we enjoy old Mesilla, walking the neighborhood, and the nearby restaurants. The only real negative is that the only outside deck sits directly on the Ave de Mesilla and it’s quite loud.

Great spot to relax

We used this location as a “homebase” for several things we were attending to in the southern nm area. It was a great spot for all of us to take a break from the killer heat in some nice/comfortable surroundings. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. The pool was a big hit with our family. Tried to use the gym, but it’s location did not have the air conditioning on and the equipment was a bit dated. It was nice to be only blocks away from old mesilla. Overall, a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Las Cruses Stay

This property was very clean and the communication with the property management was very prompt. We enjoyed the stay and the pool was very refreshing. The condo seemed bigger than others in the property.very bright throughout the day. Window in living room faces beautiful mountains. While laying on couch you can see the beautiful skyline. It's an upstairs unit. Be ready for the stairs 😂. My mom couldn't visit me bcz she couldn't getup the stairs. She's 72.just FYI. Otherwise, i was so relaxed with comfortable bed, couch and TV channels. I ordered door dash and hiked the A mountain. Had a great time.

Nice place, a bit noisy

This was a very nice property, in a well maintained complex. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The manager was very responsive when we called with a few questions about the complex and exercise room facilities. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and other necessary items. It is very close to old town Mesilla (a great place) and a short trip to other Las Cruces attractions. As some other reviewer mentioned, the front bedroom and the living room face a very busy street that is noisy at times so if you are a light sleeper you might want to look at other properties by the same owner/operator that are in a different part of the complex. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property with the caveats noted.
