About this property
Biennale Giardini apartment independent entrance wifi
Ground floor apartment with independent entrance renovated recently consisting of an entrance / living room with sofa bed and below a bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Double bed and sofa bed for the third place. Equipped with everything you need such as sheets, dishes, cutlery etc. 100 meters from the famous Napoleonic Gardens of the Biennale and therefore from the most beautiful Belvedere in the world which is the promenade that leads to San Marco along the Riva degli Schiavoni / the Seven Martyrs' shore (about 700 meters) .All useful shops in the area, especially way a few meters Via Garibaldi with the Coop supermarket, restaurants, fishmonger etc For those who want to participate in the Venice marathon the arrival is 150 meters away, finish the race and be at home ...
The house with its own entrance is located a few meters from the Giardini line 1, 5 and 6 stop which makes it easily accessible both from the railway station and from Piazzale Roma, and to move towards the Lido. There is an armored key ring (visible in the photo) with a combination to be able to access the house in case of time complications without additional expenses. Final cleaning included in the price as all utilities such as electricity and water. To be paid upon arrival the tourist tax of the municipality of Venice of Euro 4.00 per day for each adult (maximum for 5 days: if you stay 10 days you always pay 20 Euros). Dimensions of the apartment 30 m2 with an internal height of 2.10 meters with three windows and an entrance door with Venetian blinds and glazing. The Castello district, where the house is located, is the largest district in Venice with various urban and architectural elements, ranging from the most touristic area surrounding Palazzo Ducale, to the most humble, with the old houses of the shipyard workers . The name of this district derives from the castle erected in the neighborhood in Roman times. A large part is occupied by the huge shipyard, known as the Arsenale, and the rest of the neighborhood is a quiet area, where you can see some historic buildings and immerse yourself in typical Venetian life. One of the key points of the Castello district is the Basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, the largest church in Venice. It is also pleasant to walk to the Arsenale and visit the Naval Museum and then arrive along the Seven Martyrs' Shore and the Slave's Edge in San Marco. Have a nice stay in the most beautiful city in the world
