Glass windows and sliding doors invite you out to one of the two large decks making this an ideal home for outdoor living and entertaining. The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. My families stay at this home could not have went better. The host accommodated my request of early arrival AND the house was cleaned spotless. The location and access to the coveted private hither hills beaches was A++. Beds were so comfortable, and the space was great for 7 adults. We hope to return in summers to come!! One of the best stays we’ve had in Montauk in 20+ years

Perfect for our family of six adults. Renovations were tastefully done with high end appliances. Very comfortable for all with short walk and easy access to the beach. Ideal location with close proximity to town and for weddings held at Gurneys Ocean Resort and/or Gurneys Star Resort.

Gorgeous house that’s great for groups!

Everything about staying here was simple and seamless! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples - loved that the entire inside of the house is brand new and clean. Lovely deck and quiet neighborhood. Easy bike ride to the beach or town, or a fast drive. Owner was communicative and super responsive! Would definitely go back.
