120 m2 in the most beautiful, the most charming district of Barcelona, with life plaza. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds, two bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed of high quality, large dining room and American kitchen in the center of the city and well connected.

Typical late 19th floor, completely remodeled and decorated with touches you'll love.

A two or three subway stops from the heart of the city (Plaza de Catalunya).

The 'Today' Gracia historically corresponds to a small town near the ancient city of Barcelona through the current main street (Paseo de Gracia) villa and has kept until today, characteristics forming a very urban grid typical of the old villages (narrow streets, many of them pedestrian and squares. reserved for pedestrians)

A special neighborhood where you can enjoy the daily routine of their people, their children and to get lost walking through its streets become an adventure of new experiences. (Shops, restaurants and places) We invite you to discover for yourself.

The flat also be available for stays of two nights with an additional charge of 40 €.

The apartment is rented completely. You not have to share with anyone else. It must deliver in the same clean condition in which it was received except sheets and towels.

Gracia visit

Our group (4 senior adults) spent 3 nights in May at the apartment Javier was very helpful in coordinating the checkin process, and let us drop off luggage early. The location was amazing and we loved being on the square. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only concern was the steep stairs — and that was simply everywhere in Portugal. Thank you!

Loved this location

Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 5. Spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful with an unexpected problem (city shut off water for a short time). Easy to get keys and access. We loved this area. It overlooks a plaza that feels full of local families. It's lively and vibrant on the weekends and evenings with families and friends enjoying the space (but also doesn't stay noisy too late). Lots of nearby shops for coffee, pastry, empanadas (!!) etc.

Wonderful Stay

The unit itself is clean and comfortable and the area is very safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants and we felt immersed in Barcelona daily life. It was a wonderful stay!

A Taste of Local Life in Barcelona

We loved this apartment. Ideal for 4 adults, spacious and well appointed. It overlooks a lovely square where you get a glimpse of local life in Barcelona. Everything you need within steps of the place — restaurants, bakeries, gelato, small supermarkets. It is on the second level of a walk up so be prepared if you have heavy cases. Totally doable.

Great stay for familes

We really enjoyed our stay here. The square provided lots of entertainment for the 3 young kids we were traveling with, and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The metro station and restaurants were all an easy walk. The stairs are narrow and were a little tricky to navigate with bags/stroller but did not detract at all.

Great Homelike Space!

The unit was located in a great neighbourhood that made us feel like we were living in BCN. The plaza outside was terrific. The main bedroom was located in the back of the unit with blackout blinds (dark and quiet), we had awesome sleeps. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer came in handy during our stay. Gracia Javier for a wonderful experience!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located in a nice part of town. The residence was spacious and my family had plenty of room while staying. Unfortunately, the fuse continued to blow several times a day so when we returned after a long day we needed to wait for the air conditioning units to cool the place down again once we flipped the fuse in the box. The property owner was helpful and indicated where the box was so we didn't have to wait for his arrival. Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful Barcelona

Our family of five (3 children - all young adults) stayed in the apartment. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax on our own and also come together comfortably. The location of the apartment was away from the main tourist zones (which we always try to do) and the square outside our door was lively. Great restaurants, meat/cheese, empanadas, pastries, and the most delicious gelato were all available in the square. Supermerkat convenience store was also in the square, and larger ones were close by. Javier was a wonderful host who answered our questions quickly and was available if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Gracias Javier!

Perfect spot for us

Location was great! Minutes away from a few gluten free bakeries. Could walk anywhere we wanted to go from the house which was clean and larger than my family of three needed. Plenty of linens and a washing machine, just in case. Property manager was very responsive. If anything, I was slow to reply because I only had phone access when connected to Wi-Fi at the house. The front door opens into a city square that has different things going on every day. Also, the property manager helped arrange for a late night check in, since we arrived late. Very much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience. One thing to note is that it is an apartment up some narrow stairs so if you have huge suitcases, may be a bit of a struggle to get up. However, we had carry-ons, so not a problem for us.

Nice Place to Stay

This location is as advertised, although the stairs to the apartment are a bit narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. Easy access to many restaurants as well as taxis. I had good communication with Javier and the check-in process was easy.

Appartement sur la place de la Vila de Gracia

Nous avons vécu un séjour extraordinaire à Barcelone grâce à la proximité de l'appartement vers toutes les attractions de la ville. Nous étions à distance de marche de la Sagrada Familia, du Parc Guell, de la ambla, etc.... De plus le quartier est largement fréquenté par les résidents et nous offre un aperçu de la vie à Barcelone. La place de la Vila Gracia était animée par les terrasses, les musiciens aux quotidien et quelques spectacles de groupes musicaux et même un feu d'artifice pour couronner le tout. Belle location, appartement confortable et à proximité des services et commerces. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Live like a local in a real Barcelona neighborhood

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough. It's right on the main plaza of Villa de Gracia, a human-scale neighborhood with plenty of markets, shops, bars, restaurants, and street life. Peaceful at night and lively during the day, it's just a short walk to the best known sights (Sagrada Familia, buildings and parks by Dali and Gaudi, etc.) and a few blocks to bus lines and the metro to visit the rest of the city. The apartment was spacious and spotless, down to the individual pieces of cutlery in the kitchen. The beds, sofas, and other furniture were very comfortable; towels and sheets were super clean and plentiful; and the building itself is well maintained. The balcony offers the best view of the all the goings-on in the plaza, which during Carnival month were plentiful. We stayed for a full month. Host Javier did an excellent job of staying in touch, arranged for periodic housekeeping for us, and made sure everything was in order.

Wir ( 4 Freundinnen) haben diese Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Besonders in der wunderbaren Wohnküche, am großen Holztisch, haben wir nette Abende verbracht. Lovely stay in Barcelona

Lovely apartment facing a square. The area was very family oriented. There was even a concert in the square on Fri eve. Great little restaurants and places for coffee. Easy access to sights snd metro.

Worth considering

Overall, a terrific apartment and fabulous neighborhood. Only challenge was the stairs for my wife who has mobility issues. Had I known the number of stairs I would have on the apartment.

Clean and Centrally Located

A clean, centrally located apartment in a very small apartment complex but with a large, private outdoor patio terrace. It’s an average European city style in decor and amenities, so don’t compare to the West like America. But it’s comfortable and about 1 1/2 blocks from a Metro stop from high one can easily navigate th city and all th primary tourist attractions. It was quiet. A grocery store literally next door and a pharmacy across the quaint street. Our hostess, Maite, could not have been more helpful during booking and our stay. She explained everything well, including how to get around the city., and was very responsive by text or phone at all times. Highly recommend for 2-4 persons.

Gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood

Javier's apartment is beautiful and spacious, and it is situated on the picturesque and happening Plaza de la Vila de Gracia. The whole family loved the apartment and neighborhood. Check-in process was friendly and easy, and Javier was in touch and easily reachable for any questions. Wonderful place!

Old City Center

The apartment was roomy wit AC units in all rooms. Located on 2nd floor so was a bit challenging navigating the stairs with luggage. One improvement would be to have a few basics available in the kitchen. There was no salt, pepper or any other seasonings. No coffee either but there was a coffee maker.
