Charming apartment for 4 people, located on the first floor of a completely renovated townhouse.
Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the harbor, St Malo and Solidor Tower.
It includes an entrance hall, a kitchen separated by a bar, lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 1 separate toilet, the rooms have large closets.
A sheltered terrace of 30 sqm allows to enjoy the sun safely. (Garden furniture and sun)
The city center, the market (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), restaurants, casino, cinema, the pier, the Olympic pool with sea water is 5 mins walk.
You can reach the city center by the Clair de Lune promenade located 50 m from the apartment.
Beautiful walks on customs trails have their starting near Priory of the beach and offers links to the dam of the Rance.

Well situated, great balcony views
The property is well situated, with easy access to town, and free parking close by. The balcony has excellent views across to St Malo, and we spent much time there. All basic facilities and utensils are well provided for cooking, laundry etc. Good value

Nous avons sejourné dans cet appartement 1 semaine. Il est idéalement situé, et même si nous n'avons pas eu beau temps (ça ne se commande pas..) nous pouvions admirer la vue superbe. Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé 6 jours fin août dans cet appartement décoré avec goût. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Il ne manque rien à la cuisine, la salle de bains est agréable, la literie est exceptionnellement confortable, la grande terrasse a une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Le logement est idéalement placé, le sentier littoral est à quelques mètres et Dinard est une très belle ville. Nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture pendant notre séjour. Des bateaux bus vous conduisent en 10 minutes à St Malo. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Malo., der sich durch die Gezeiten ständig ändert. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert. Es gab eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Es gibt alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Da Dinard ein Urlauberort ist, muss man halt jeden Tag ein wenig nach einem Parkplatz suchen aber wir haben immer einen kostenfreien gefunden. Das Entladen funktioniert eigentlich immer und manchmal kann man auch direkt vor dem Haus parken. Wir danken der Vermieterin noch einmal sehr für die freundliche Aufnahme.

Appartement super agréable avec une très grande terrasse bien équipée, tant pour la détente que pour les petits-déjeuners au soleil, et tout cela avec vue sur la baie! Situation idéale à proximité immédiate de la Promenade du Clair de Lune, d'un bon petit boulanger et à 5 à 10 minutes à pied des plages, du centre ville, des restos, des commerces. Contact facile et chaleureux avec la propriétaire. Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons!

Everything was perfect. The appartment, the situation and the view from the appartment were amazing. There was a restaurant only 2 minutes walk away that served exceptional meals. We hope to return.

Superbe appartement à Dinard
L’appartement est parfait pour passer quelques jours a Dinard. Il est à 3mn a pied du centre, à proximité des plages, sur la promenade de la clair de Lune… Et surtout la terrasse est magnifique et permet de profiter de la vue unique à toute heure de la journée. Je recommande.

Venus passer 3 nuits entres amis entre Noël et l’An, nous avons profité de cet appartement avec une tres belle vue sur St Malo, situé a quelques pas du centre-ville, propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et decore avec goûts. We have stayed at this property several times, as it is very pleasant. Filled with sunlight, with a rare large deck viewing the estuary. Odile is a wonderful host, always accommodating. We love to go into the village on foot, buy a lobster, and enjoy eating it on the beautiful deck. Very restful and relaxing stay.

Perfect apartment with perfect view
Suited us very well. Well equipped, comfy beds, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine with laundry drying rack. Photos don’t do it justice. The sun terrace is wonderful, with fantastic views across the Rance and to St Malo. Within walking distance of food shops and countless restaurants and having the Promenade Clair de Lune on our doorstep was fantastic. Great for running/walking. My husband used the sea water pool every day. This was a great apartment, in a perfect location and made great use of the available space. We loved it

QUE DU BONHEUR !
Situation exceptionnelle directement sur le port de Dinard avec sa foultitude de petits bateaux et la vue sur Saint-Malo qui change à chaque moment de la journée en fonction du temps et des marées. Envoutant... La terrasse est équipée de confortables meubles de qualité (merci Lafuma !) et d'une belle plancha. Quant au logement très bien équipé, il possède un élément essentiel : une literie -neuve- de compétition, rêve absolu des dos douloureux... L'isolation phonique est juste parfaite grâce à des fenêtres ne laissant passer aucun bruit. Quant à l'accueil... il est charmant, reflétant parfaitement l'excellente communication entretenue en amont de notre séjour. Détail pratique : se garer (hors grandes vacances d'été j'imagine et samedi soir) est très aisé (séjour 10 au 24 juin, nous avons toujours eu de la place juste en face). Bref, pas drôle d'être rentrés !!!...
