A comfortable and very modern two-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor. A living/dining area which is beautifully decorated and furnished with satellite TV and WI-FI. Leading off this area is two exits on to the terrace with magnificent views of the Marina and Mar Menor and plenty of seating for you to sit back and relax and enjoys the views. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need during your holiday, utility area with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom has a double bed, 2nd bedroom has twin beds and then the added benefit of air conditioning and under floor heating. A bathroom with shower over bath and then a shower room with a very large shower. The development Seychelles has a lovely swimming pool and well-maintained communal areas. In the surrounding area a supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant, pharmacy etc and open all year round. Only about 1 km away from Tomas Maestre Marina with a nice selection of shops, seafront restaurants and entertainment.
